<div>To honor her, we are hosting a Memorial Workout on Saturday, March 8th, at 10:30 AM at all three Pit Fitness locations. This will be a go-at-your-own-pace workout featuring many of Graciela’s favorite exercises. The class is free to attend, as we want as many people as possible to join us in celebrating her life.

<div><strong>Myself and a couple of other giving people are trying to raise money for a family of five, along with their dogs, who are experiencing homelessness.</strong> They have found themselves living in their cars due to loss of jobs and escalating rent payments. They are applying for jobs and government help but have not had any luck as of yet. One family member has obtained a job but it’s not enough to help the family through this hard time.

<div><strong>We are trying to get them off the street and into an extended stay motel for a month</strong> to help them get on their feet while looking for jobs, get them out of the hot sun, a place to bathe, cook a meal and stay safe. My friend, Jamie, was able to get a dog groomer to groom the dogs by cutting their hair to keep them cooler. Two rooms will cost about $6,000 for the month. We are asking for your help because everyone needs some help in this world once in a while. NO AMOUNT IS TOO LITTLE!! We appreciate you all. Thank you for your consideration.

<div>In March 2022 my son Luca was diagnosed with autism at 13 months. I never expected to carry a heart that was torn between love and grief. Though our journey is far different than we anticipated, It has been an extremely beautiful one. One filled with inch stones instead of milestones. One filled with more patience than I ever knew possible, and whole lot of learning. Watching him grow each and every day is such a gift. April 2nd is World Autism Awareness Day. But we celebrate the whole month of April, dedicated to spreading awareness.
