<div>Hi, my name is Rhiannon (Rhi). My mom has been battling severe mental illness, including paranoia and delusions that make it impossible for her to live a normal life. She has been in and out of the hospital for many years but unfortunately, like many mentally ill people, she doesn’t recognize that she is unwell, and therefore, she is not willing to accept the help that she desperately needs. Watching her go through this has been one of the hardest challenges I’ve ever faced. Creating this GoFundme is a last resort. All the proceeds of the donations will go to helping me care for my mom.

<div>My mom is a talented athlete, writer and artist. Before her illness, my mom did incredible things like running 100km ultramarathons, she was my biggest inspiration. My mom also loved writing children’s books, and she poured her heart into her writing. One of her most cherished works is The Snowman of Sydenham, a children’s book that she worked so hard on. It was her dream to see it published, and I want to help make that a reality.
