Chelsea Elizabeth was a beautiful person that was taken from us to soon and unexpectedly. She had a rare blood called IPT. Her body doesn't make any platelets. She fell and hit her head getting out of bed causing a brain hemorrhage. She was only 27 and getting ready to graduate DMACC in May. Unfortunately, there was no life insurance for her.
