This week I will receive my second chemo treatment. It’s going to be a rough week with only 2 days planned for work. They are only 1/2 days because it takes a lot of energy. I’ve got to get through the next several weeks. I would appreciate some prayers, shares, and any help you can offer. Please pray God gives me incredible strength to get through these next several weeks and months. God bless you all.

I’m asking for help because I was recently diagnosed with new cancer cells after previously being 80% stable, and I now need a safe place to live. I also want to clear up something important: the fundraiser many people remember was from two years ago. That support helped save my life then, but this is a new need, and I am facing it again now. I recently had surgery, and I had my first chemo treatment a week ago. I also have a nephro stint, and I’m not supposed to lift over 10 pounds. I’m single and facing this situation alone, and right now I feel very insecure and physically weak while trying to recover. On top of everything else, I have to move by the end of the month and find a safe place to stay for a couple of months. I’m still working as much as I can, doing hair for about two people a day, because I love what I do and I love helping people feel fresh and pretty or handsome. But it just isn’t enough to cover what I need right now. There are no local charity funds available to help me, and apartment subsidies are not available either. I’ve applied for Social Security and I’m waiting on paperwork and payment, but that help has not come through yet. Donations will help me move my belongings into storage, pay for temporary housing, and keep working while I get through treatment and recovery. More than anything, I need a safe place to land so I can focus on my health and keep going. If you’re able to give or share this fundraiser, it would mean so much to me.
