Help cover funeral cost for baby Marco

<div>Sweet baby Myles came into the world already showing incredible strength. Even from the start, his parents, Haley and Zech, knew their little boy would need some help from the doctors to repair his heart. They prepared for surgery and what felt like a lengthy, month-long hospital stay—but the reality of Myles’ case has turned their world upside down.

<div>Doctors at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) are working tirelessly to understand and treat the complexity of Myles’ cardiac condition. His case has proven to be more challenging than expected, and the medical team is still determining the safest path forward. This uncertainty has delayed Myles’ heart repair and left the family facing a difficult reality: Myles may spend his entire first year of life in the hospital.

<div>While Myles receives care at CHOP, the family is staying together at the Ronald McDonald House, including big brother Noah, who is bringing his signature silliness to even the hardest days. Haley and Zech are doing everything they can to keep life as steady and comforting as possible for both of their boys, but this means being away from home and work for an unknown length of time.

Within days, Ava was admitted to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where she remains under the care of an incredible medical team. The Eaton Wildfire in Altadena, CA took everything from us and has now left us in a place of uncertainty for the future while our family makes plans to rebuild. We applied for financial assistance through FEMA but we do not qualify because we are not the homeowners.

<div>For the past two years my boyfriend and I have been living on my parent’s compound in the back house that my father completely remodeled for us. This house provided us and our pets with a stable and affordable place to live while we build our family. In November of 2024 we had a baby boy and we made sure to create the perfect arrangements for our newborn in the space we had available. Unfortunately, a couple months after our baby was born the Eaton Wildfire came through and completely burned down everything on the property. We lost both houses on the property, all of our belongings, everything we received from our baby shower, and our sense of security in our plans for the future.

<div>Raising a newborn as first-time parents is already a challenge and now we have the unnecessary stress of having to restart our lives from scratch and try to secure a new place to live. We really need a place that allows us to stay relatively close to our family in a safe neighborhood that’s affordable and also allows us to keep our pets. Reality is finally setting in that we do not have a permanent living situation anymore. We planned out our future and how we would raise our children but now we don’t even know what the next 6 months will look like.

Help a Young Family After the Eaton Wildfire Took Everything

<div>Hey everyone, Spencer here with SB Mowing, and I got a call from a friend at the city, and she told me that there is an elderly lady that is in desperate need of help. So, I stopped by her house, and her lawn was getting CRAZY! She’s been trying to get someone out to take care of it, but nobody is answering their phones. The city has given her a warning for her grass and was going to charge her $240 to cut it, which she couldn’t afford. So, I completely transformed her lawn for free, and she was in tears; she was so happy.

<div>I shared the video a few months later on my social media platforms, and a lot of people are wanting to donate to help her fix some of the accessibility issues around her home. Here are the things that I think would go a long way for her.

<div>1. A ramp going to her door so that she doesn't have to walk up and down stairs to get outside.
</div>
<div>2. A new driveway - Her current driveway is really broken up and is a bad tripping hazard.
</div>
<div>3. A chair lift to get her to her washer and dryer downstairs. Currently, she relies on her neighbors across the street to come over once a month to go downstairs to do her laundry.
</div>
<div>4. I would like to pay a company to maintain her yard for the next few years. Unfortunately, it is a bit too far of a drive for me to get there every week.
</div>
<div>5. If funds allow, she has a few broken windows that need to be replaced in her house.
</div>
<div>6. If funds allow, she could use a new bed that is easier to get in and out of.
</div>

<div>I really appreciate everyone that donates to help Beth out. I will make sure that the money goes towards fixing all of the items above or any other accessibility issues that Beth needs. On March 17, restaurants, bars and cafes across New York City were asked to shut their doors as a safety precaution against the COVID-19 outbreak.
