<div>As you may know my beloved dog Hemi had to be rushed for emergency veterinary care a few days ago on August 5. We started at Eastwood Animal clinic where Dr. Bruce took X-rays and blood work and gave him medication which cost $1300 he then sent us home. The next day Hemi was in extremely worst condition… I called around to a bunch of Vets and was directed to go to SAVES in NH where we spent hours waiting and all the nurse could do was give him IV fluids to stabilise him so we can get him to Burlington Emergency and Veterinary safely for $800.

<div>He spent the night there and had an ultrasound the next morning where they found an abscess on his enlarged prostate and that his perianal hernia surgery had failed…because it is all happening on a weekend there are no surgeons available to cut on a Friday Saturday or Sunday… so hemi has to stay the weekend in the hospital costing over $5000. He is due to go into surgery on Monday which will more then likely add another $5000 - $7000 to the bill.

<div>I have had Hemi since he was 2 months old… I love Hemi as if he were my own flesh and blood. Just last week we were playing ball, going on walks and swimming in the river… I know it’s not his time to go and that’s why I am getting him the surgery to prolong his life.

Help Save Hemi’s Life with Urgent Surgery

My sweet Daisy is currently facing a medical emergency and has undergone surgery for pyometra, a serious infection in her uterus. This has all happened unexpectedly, and the cost of the surgery, follow-up care, medications, and recovery is more than I can manage on my own. Daisy is 12 years old, and her age means her recovery is taking longer than expected. She needs extra care and attention to help her heal and get back to her happy, playful self. Daisy has always been a loving companion, bringing joy to my life with her belly rubs and gentle nature.

<div>As many of you know, two summers ago Luna fought for her life and made a full recovery. What I don’t talk about often is how we are still in $4000 in debt due to her illness, and overall it cost us about $10,000 to save her.

<div>Now she is facing another medical emergency, so far I owe around $5000 for 24 hours of treatment, she is at an animal hospital and Agoura Hills, California, admitted overnight last evening for IV fluids, supportive medications, and potential antibiotics. Her systolic blood pressure upon arriving was in the 60s and she needed IV fluid to get her blood pressure stable. This bout of illness arrived quickly and she only vomited once two days ago and then yesterday despite medicating her she started crying and having literal watery diarrhea (all water) and I promptly brought her to one vet who didn’t have the capability to help, and then to this second one, the only one local with an internal medicine specialists daily.

<div>To say I’m worried sick is an understatement, to say I’m embarrassed to ask for help with so many people in the world needing much more than I do, is mortifying. If I’m to be honest we have faced extensive van bills, and now within an additional $5000 in debt that will be owed next month, not including whatever happens in the next week, I don’t have a formidable way to save us and I’m running out of accessible credit to continue taking care of her.

<div>So, with that being said, I am happy to share invoices when we are billed, and I absolutely disdain asking for help in this way, but I need to humbly ask and I am sorry for that.

<div>So far they haven’t ruled out a hairball blockage, but they’re leaning away from it and think that she could potentially have irritable bowel disease or an infectious process. Two years ago they diagnosed her with a bowel infection and ultimately believed it wasn’t IBD when she bounced back with a normal ultrasound.

<div>She will get an ultrasound in the morning and we will hopefully know more then. So far she has had labs drawn, anti-nausea medication, an X Ray, and the doctor was going to do a handheld ultrasound tonight before she left at midnight.

<div>As some of you may or may not know, <strong>Shelley's dad was admitted to the hospital Friday evening due to a massive stroke</strong> that affected the left side of his brain, making him unable to communicate and unable to move the right side of his body. While being on life support for a few days, she has made the very difficult decision, due to his personal wishes, to be taken off life support and let him go when he chooses the time is right.

<div>His whole life, he has told her and everyone else his wishes were not to spend the rest of his life in a facility or nursing home getting help to do everyday things (bathing, eating, etc.). She took him off of life support Monday night, and he has been able to breathe on his own, and his vitals have been stable. She is going to stick around the East Coast as long as she can to try and be with him when he chooses his time has come.

<div>She isn't one to ask for support, but she and her family are in a great time of need. While they face the unimaginable, let's ease the financial burden of helping to pay for end-of-life care and funeral arrangements.

<div>As we all know, her father Paul is strong and a fighter and won't go down without a fight, so she may be doing a lot of traveling for the foreseeable future. Shelley needs our help during this time, more than ever. Believing when the time comes that he would have wanted to be rested next to his other daughter Casey and his son Jacob at the cemetery in Fort Kent, Maine. <strong>Anything small or big would help relieve the financial burden she is facing at this time.</strong>

I am going to get an X-ray before the surgery. If the cancer has spread to his lungs, I will unfortunately have to put him down. And will be returning the donations given. <div>How it started: On the 20th of February, we found out <strong>Rosco's tumor on his ankle was cancer</strong> and has been eating his bones from the inside out. <strong>He will unfortunately need his back left leg removed to keep the cancer from spreading to his lungs. Im told by my vet the surgery will cost anywhere between two and three thousand dollars. </strong>I hate this as much as I hate asking for help. I just know he's touched some of your hearts in ways you didn't know were possible. Anything would help, even mental support. The amount of people that have reached out already has pushed me to start this. Thank you, all of you. Keep the stories of your favorite moments coming. He is truly an incredible dog. He’s inspired people to get dogs. He’s turned cat people into dog. And cat people. He always been there. I didn’t have my license for ll years but after getting him was forced to get it back. You can only ask for so many rides to the vet before you start to feel bad. After I bought a car we started going on vacations. He’s been on the beaches of block island. Running down a mountain in Colorado after me on a snowboard. Well. I was actually chasing him. He’s faster than you’d think. Disc golf in Ohio. He will find my discs for me. Sit on them. Bring me to them. He loves it. He’s hiked the badlands desert in South Dakota. He even chased me around on a dirtbike in Florida at swampfest. After visiting some friends in Charleston. He goes every. To all my jobs. He’s a work horse. Everyone loves him. And I don’t blame them. Once you look into his eyes. He’s got ya.

Brandon is a homie from back in Vermont, he owns a farm and works for himself, has been working construction and had to put life on hold to get healthy and deal with this incredibly costly,  difficult and dangerous issue. <div>Hi. I'm Josh. I work with a wonderful lady named Rebecca Greenley. Rebecca and her husband, Bill, have had more health challenges over the years than most of us could even imagine. Bill has been battling diabetes and leukemia for over 10 years and in 2016, suffered an infection that led to both his legs being amputated. Most recently, Bill has had to have multiple fingers amputated, was diagnosed with stage IV kidney failure, and has been in the care of an assisted living facility. While there this summer, Bill caught COVID and suffered complications from the illness that have kept him in and out of the hospital all summer.

<div>Due to Bill's numerous health challenges, things have not been easy on Rebecca. She has been his primary caregiver, nurse, and loving wife. All the while, Rebecca has been battling health issues of her own. In 2008, Rebecca was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer. She fought and won. In 2018, the cancer came back as stage IV in her lung; she's been fighting and winning. This summer, just as Bill was getting the care he needed, Rebecca had the opportunity to return to work here at Killington Resort. On her second day back, she had to rush to the hospital for an emergency appendectomy. Unfortunately, a biopsy from the appendix showed cancer present. This means Rebecca is unable to work while she gets the care she needs. Right now, Rebecca and Bill are living solely off of Social Security, of which the majority is spent paying for supplemental insurance. <strong>Rebecca and Bill need our help.</strong>

Last week, Jonathan was in a serious skiing accident in Vermont leaving him in critical condition. He was airlifted to a level 1 trauma hospital in New Hampshire, far from his home on Long Island. Each day, Jonathan continues to make progress, leaving the doctors optimistic about getting him transported back home to Long Island to continue to receive inpatient rehabilitation and care within the coming weeks. Despite his progress, he and his family still have a long road ahead of them in terms of his physical improvements and covering the growing medical bills associated with Jonathan's transport home and continued care. <div>Hello everyone I am raising funds to help out our family Brette and Alysse who have had complications during the birth of their Son Sonny . Unfortunately, Sonny is in critical condition in the NICU at Albany Medical .
