<div>On July 13, our beloved Dana Kropp passed away after an extraordinary and courageous battle with Stage IV triple-negative breast cancer. Dana was a devoted wife, an incredible mother to her precious daughter, Ella, and a cherished family member and friend to so many. She faced every challenge with remarkable strength, unwavering faith, and endless love for her family. Though her battle has ended, the impact she made on everyone who knew her will never be forgotten.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the past three years, Dennis and Dana poured everything they had into fighting this disease. Between countless treatments, surgeries, travel for specialized care, and time away from work, a financial burden could be significant. As Dennis and Ella begin to navigate life without Dana, our community has the opportunity to surround them with the love, support, and compassion they so deeply need.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fundraiser will help ease the financial burden of medical expenses, funeral costs, and the day-to-day needs of Dennis and Ella as they begin this new chapter. Please also consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping the Kropp family in your prayers. Thank you for honoring Dana's life and for supporting Dennis and Ella during this incredibly difficult time.
</div>

Support for Dana Kropp's Family

<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is <strong>Claire Copeland</strong>, a recent college graduate who beat the odds. She is very dear to our family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>She lost everything she owned - including her car, all of her clothes and furniture, her keepsakes, and important papers - in the Palisades Fire this week and <strong>needs support</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/85531147_1736457413929720_r.png" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>She became close with our family a few years ago while <strong>working to put herself through college as a scholarship/financial aid student</strong> and has helped us with all sorts of administrative work, social media for Joanna's work, and childcare.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Claire was working as a live-in nanny in Pacific Palisades at the time of the fires. Ivan and the boys moved her into the apartment of a single mom last summer and everything was going well - until she had to fly to Texas last-minute to help a family member recovering from an accident. Not long after, the Palisades fire struck.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>She left all of her belongings behind - even her cute little Volkswagen Jetta - and took only one small carry-on with her to Texas. We were absolutely horrified to watch her building burn on the news and to have to deliver the news to Claire that it was likely all gone - which was confirmed Wednesday.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, <strong>Claire is left with nothing except one small bag and her student loans.</strong> Because she wasn't a renter (she was technically a guest) and the woman she worked for <strong>appears not to have insurance,</strong> Claire has no recourse aside from her auto insurance (which will likely not end up being very much).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our sweet Claire has had a rough few years, including a bad accident in 2022 and losing four sorority sisters (one of whom was a very dear friend of hers) in the PCH accident that killed four beautiful young women in 2023.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>She fought so hard to graduate from Pepperdine despite many hardships. It was her life's dream. We are SO proud of her for graduating (with honors!) this past Fall.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now she has a brand new degree in marketing and is a bright, positive light who is wonderful with kids and especially dear to our daughter. She just needs some support to get back to building her bright new life. Unfortunately, her family is unable to help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>If you are able to help in ANY way, it would be so meaningful.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/85531147_1736457748933725_r.png" width="100%" />
<div><strong></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are setting the goal at $10,000 only because we have never done this before and have no idea where to start. Thank you so much for reading and sharing. Even a few bucks or a share can help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>GoFundMe wants me to write who I am now! I am Joanna Schroeder, an author and editor and mom of three from the Los Angeles area (originally from Michigan). My husband, Ivan, and I live close to the Palisades fire but have so far been safe. Claire has been like a member of my family for a few years and is very dear to us.

Help Claire Rebuild After Palisades Fire

<div><strong>Help the Morales Family After the Eaton Fire</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello, my name is Kimberly Engstrom, and I’m reaching out to our incredible community on behalf of the Morales family from Altadena, California. Tragically, they lost their home in the devastating Eaton Fire.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Oscar, Sandra, and their four children—Noah, Nathan, Sammy, and David—managed to evacuate to safety with their two dogs, Baxter and Cody. Sadly, their home and nearly all of their possessions were destroyed in the fire.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>A Lifelong Commitment to Community</strong>
</div>
<div>The Morales family has always been there for our community, offering their time and support in countless ways. From carpooling to school, feeding kids atcountless baseball and water polo tournaments, volunteering with Boy Scouts, taking our son to Baja Build when we couldn't, to sharing crafting techniques and favorite recipes, especially tamales—they've always gone above and beyond. Now, they need our help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How You Can Help</strong>
</div>
<div>We’re raising funds to help the Morales family after this devastating loss. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful impact. These funds will go directly to the family to cover needs not covered by FEMA or insurance.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’re unable to donate, we completely understand. Please consider sharing this campaign with your network, and keep the Morales family in your thoughts and prayers during this challenging time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Let’s Come Together to Rebuild</strong>
</div>
<div>Let’s show the Morales family how strong and compassionate our community is. Together, we can help them rise from the ashes and start anew.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your support.
</div>

Help the Morales Family After the Eaton Fire

<div>Anyone who knows my parents knows how warm and wonderful they are, and as their three kids, we are so fortunate to have had them as our parents and role models.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Yesterday, like so many others in the Los Angeles region, they were struck by a sudden and devastating tragedy when the Eaton Fire burned their house down along with almost everything they own.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Those who know our family well also may know that they have not had the easiest 15+ years. They moved to Altadena nearly four years ago to start a new life in a brand new community as empty nesters for the first time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our parents are incredibly resilient and have navigated so much hardship to give each of the three of us an amazing life and opportunity, and I know they will bounce back from this as well.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>However, in order to do so, <strong>any help at all is desperately needed.</strong> With a rush to evacuate late Tuesday night, they were able to get very little out of the house and are left with next to nothing. They are never ones to ask for help, but <strong>any financial support that can be provided would be incredibly beneficial</strong> in providing them the chance to take the first steps to start rebuilding their lives.
</div>

<div>Hello everyone. My name is Enid Keiser and I’m an alum parent of St. Elizabeth Parish School. My son, Landon Nelson, went to this school. As a community, we thank you in advance. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing. We are grateful for the love, support, and prayers our community is receiving.

<div>Sam and Andy are everyone's dream dinner guests. Sam is the friend who would pick you up from LAX during rush hour. Andy makes me do that I'm-laughing-so-hard-I-can't-make-any-sound laugh. These two would be first in line to help anyone in their community who suffered the same loss.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ramon is a loving father, a dedicated son, and an incredible community member who has always put others first. After moving back into his family home to support his mother following the loss of their father a few years ago, they are facing further hardship.
</div>
<div><strong><em>Ramon and his family have lost everything</em></strong> - All that remains standing of their loving home of more than 30 years is the brick fireplace. A home that was filled with treasured memories and keepsakes, important documents like passports, and all of their belongings.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This heartbreaking loss comes as they were preparing to travel for a memorial service in honor of Ramon’s brother, who tragically passed away last year. Through all of this, Ramon has remained kind, strong, and resilient. He is a devoted dad to his young son, a passionate culinary teacher inspiring high school students at Chatsworth High School, and an ambitious small business owner who brings people together through his pop-up food events across Los Angeles.

Help Ramon and His Family Recover After LA Wildfires

<div><strong>1/11/24 - </strong>THANK YOU to everyone who donated! Because Bobby and family suffered a total loss, we are still accepting funds. Your consideration for Bobby and other fire victims is deeply appreciated at this time - we are overwhelmed and humbled. K
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Bobby Bradford</strong> is one of the most vital and iconic voices in creative music, a trumpeter, cornetist, bandleader, and composer whose career spans the better part of a century. At 90 years old, Bobby helped to innovative free jazz with Ornette Coleman, changed the landscape of West Coast music in his collaborations with John Carter, and has worked with a staggering cast of artists that spans the likes of Nels Cline, Andrew Cyrille, Johnny Dyani, Vinny Golia, David Murray, William Parker, John Stevens, and countless others.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Sadly, Bobby lost his Altadena home in the 2025 greater Los Angeles wildfires.</strong> He and his wife, Lisa, escaped with only the clothes on their backs. Bobby lost his instruments and countless other items of personal and historical significance. This emergency fundraiser fulfills the desperate need to secure this invaluable artist some sense of normalcy in the aftermath of a devastating event.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Karl Evangelista, an Oakland-based guitarist/composer and longtime collaborator of Bobby's. I'm just doing what I can at a time when family and community are of paramount importance. <strong>All of the monies collected from this fundraiser will go to help with Bobby's living expenses, professional items, and other miscellaneous recovery costs.</strong>

Support My Grandma After Eaton Fire

<div>Dear friends, family, and generous supporters,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am reaching out to you after the heartbreaking events, during the Eaton Canyon Fires on January 8, 2025. In just a moment, our lives were turned upside down as we lost not only our home but also the treasured memories and connections that defined us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The home was a sanctuary, a place where we worshipped, served our community, and welcomed friends and neighbors. It was where we shared meals, laughter, and love with those who walked through our doors. Now, as I mourn that loss, I face the enormous task of reestablishing our lives from the ground up.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While material possessions can be replaced, the emotional, spiritual, and practical needs we face require support beyond the physical contents of what we lost. We are asking for your help to provide for these crucial needs as we navigate this challenging journey.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The funds raised will be used to help us rebuild our lives in a meaningful way. Your contributions will help provide for emotional support services, like counseling, to assist us in processing this trauma and rebuilding our emotional well-being. A strong community is built on connection and understanding, and we are committed to continuing our work in service to others, even as we heal ourselves.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Having recently been featured on national media outlets, we have been reminded of the incredible strength that exists within our community and the power of coming together in times of need.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We humbly ask for your support in helping us put our lives back together during this difficult time. Your generosity will not only help us regain a sense of normalcy, but it will also empower us to rebuild our purpose and continue to be a source of support for others in our community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering this request. Your kindness and support mean the world to us and will resonate deeply for years to come.

<div>Hi everyone, my name is Sara Burems, born and raised from Pasadena, CA. The Altadena fires have left a heartbreaking trail of destruction. Among the many affected, my childhood best friends have lost everything.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The speed of the disaster left them with no time to save their belongings. All they could do was ensure their safety and thankfully, everyone made it out unharmed. While we are deeply grateful for their safety, but the loss is overwhelming.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>During this devastating time, I am reaching out to ask for your support. Every contribution, no matter the size, can make a difference. A donation of $5 or simply sharing this post can help bring hope and relief to my loved ones as they start the long journey of rebuilding their lives.

Help My Family get back on their feet Due to Fires

<div>Our family has faced an unimaginable tragedy. A devastating fire destroyed not just our home, but also my grandparents' and my aunt and uncle's homes. In an instant, three generations of memories and everything we worked so hard to build were gone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This has and will continue to deeply impact all of us, including our baby boy Tiptoe, and our three dogs. Tiptoe, who has been a source of joy for so many, now needs a safe space to live, along with all of us who are navigating this heartbreaking loss together.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are currently all staying in my house in Marina Del Rey (Grandparents, Parents, Aunt/Uncle, Cousins, Brother, Dogs, Cat, Tortoise and boyfriend) Now that's a house full of love!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are one strong family but boy oh boy watching my families hard work go up in flames, horrible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation, share, and kind word makes a difference. Thank you for being part of our story and for helping us move forward in this incredibly difficult time.
