<div>It is with broken hearts that we share the devastating news of the passing of our beloved brother, Yared Mesfin Kidane, who passed away on May 26, 2026, at the age of 46.

<div>Yared had been courageously battling cancer for quite some time, and sadly, this illness led to this tragic loss. He had been living in Canada for the past 13 years with his loving wife, Luwam Kahsu, and together they were blessed with four children. Elyon 15yrs old , Heaven 9yrs old, Grace 7yrs old and Faith 3yrs old.

<div>ኣገልጋሊ ክፍሎም ኣስመላሽ፡ ካብ ኣቡኡ ኣቶ ኣስመላሽ ገ/ስላሴን ካብ ኣዲኡ ወ/ሮ ወረደሽ ገ/ስላሴን፡ ብ1974 ዓ/ም ኣብ ከተማ ኣስመራ ተወሊዱ። ናይ ትምህርቲ ዕድሚኡ ምስ ኣኸለ፡ መባእታዊ ኣብ ቤ/ት ሳሊና፡ ማእከላይ ደረጃ ኣብ ቤ/ት ሓርበኛታት፡ ላዕለዋይ ደረጃ ኸኣ ኣብ ቤ/ት ኢስሓቕ ተወልደመድሂን ብምኻድ ትምህርቱ ዛዚሙ። ኣብ ወርሒ ጥሪ 1999፡ ንጎይታ የሱስ ክርስቶስ ከም ናይ ግሊ መድሓኒኡ ተቐቢሉ ዳግማይ ህይወት ዝረኸበ ሓው ክፍሎም፡ ኣብ ቤተ-ክርስትያን ቃለ-ህይወት ብምጽንባር ኢዩ ጉዕዞ ኣምላኻዊ ሕብረት-ኣሕዋት ዝፈለመ። ድሕሪ ሓደ ዓመት፡ ኣብ ዓመተ 2000፡ ኣብ መበል 12 ዙርያ ሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት ተጸንቢሩ ናብ ሳዋ ብምውራድ ሃገራዊ ግቡኡ ክፍጽም ወፈረ። ነቒሑ ሃገራዊ ግቡኡ የሰላስለሉ ኣብ ዝነበረ ግዜ ከኣ፡ ማዕረ-ማዕሪኡ ውን ኣብ ህይወት ጎይታ ካብ ምንቃሕ ኣይተኾልፈን። ከም ውጽኢቱ ድማ፡ ካብ 2000 ዓ/ም ክሳብ 2008 ዓ/ም ምልክት ቦጦሎኒ ኮይኑ ሃገራዊ ግቡኡ እናፈጸመ፡ ነቶም ኣብ ኣሃዱኡ ዝነበሩ፡ ብቐረባ፡ ነቶም ካብ'ቲ ዝነበሮ ስፍራ ንገለ ኪሎ-ሜተራት ርሕቕ ኢሎም ሃገራዊ ግቡኦም ዝፍጽሙ ዝነበሩ ኣሕዋትን ኣሓትን ከኣ ብእግሩ ተጓዒዙ እናበጽሐ፡ ብቓል ጎይታን ብጸሎትን የገልግሎም ከም ዝነበረ ፈለጥቱ ይምስክሩ። ናይ ሕብረት ህይወት ብዕምቆት ዝተረድኦ ኣገልጋሊ ክፍሎም ኣስመላሽ፡ ኣብ ዓመተ 2008 ካብ ኤርትራ ናብ ጁባ ኣብ ዘምራሓሉ እዋን ውን እንተኾነ፡ ምስ'ታ ኣብኡ ዝጸናሓቶ ማሕበር ብርሃን ወንጌል ክጽንበር ግዜ ኣይወሰደሉን ጥራይ ዘይኮነስ፡ ከም ኣገልጋሊ ክፍሊ መዘምራን ኮይኑ፡ ንሓንቲ መዓልቲ'ኳ ትኹን ካብ ኣገልግሎቱ ከየብኮረ፡ ክሳብ 2010 ዓ/ም ብትግሃት ከገልግል'ዩ ዝመረጸ። ካብ ኣገልግሎት ጎይታ ከይተሰናኸለ ከኣ፡ ኣብ 2011 ዓ/ም ኣብ ክፍሊ ኣገልግሎት ጸሎትን ክፍሊ ኣገልግሎት ሜድያን ክነጥፍ ድሕሪ ምጽናሕ፡ ኣብ 2019 ዓ/ም ኣባል ኣገልግሎት ክፍሊ ምኽሪ ቤተ-ክርስትያን ኮይኑ ድሕሪ ምምራጹ፡ ንኣስታት 2 ዓመታት ከም ኣማኻሪ ቤተ-ክርስትያን ኮይኑ ኣገልገለ። ኣብ መጀመርያ 2021 ዓ/ም ሽማግለ ቤተ-ክርስትያን ኮይኑ ተመዚዙ ከገልግል ድሕሪ ምጽናሕ ከኣ፡ ኣብ ዕለት 01-01-2023ዓ/ም፡ ከም ናይ ምሉእ ግዜ ጓሳ ማሕበር ብምዃን፡ ምስ መገላግልቱ ብፍቕርን ብስኒትን እናተመኻኸረ፡ ብምምሃርን ብምስባኽን ብምምዓድን ብጸሎትን፡ ክሳብ ዕለተ ዕረፍቱ፡ ኣገልግሎት ጉስነት ማሕበር ብርሃን ወንጌል ጁባ ብእሙንነት ፈጸመ።

<div>It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our brother YONAS HABTEMARIAM BERHANE; was born on Dec 1 of 1972, and died on Aug 22 of 2022 in Winnipeg, Canada

<div>after much suffering due to Pneumonia.

<div>As you can imagine our brother Yonas will be deeply missed. Brothers and sisters, now is the time and opportunity for us to give to his family in this time of need.

<div>We are raising money for Yonas's family as this passing was completely unexpected and that's to cover the costs of the funeral services.

Yonas Tsegay is  a friend from Eritrean who incarcerated for 15 years for his religious belief. He has been released two weeks ago so that we want to help him by raising money start new life after all the catastrophe.
