<div><strong>My Story</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"The Ronald McDonald House kept my family together during the first year of my sister's life. We lived hours away from the only hospital that could perform the open-heart surgeries she needed; staying at the House made it possible for my whole family to connect with and support my new baby sister throughout that first year of her life. The community, intentional connection, and organization that the Ronald McDonald House provided gave my parents enough peace of mind to focus on our family and medical concerns.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Without the services the Ronald McDonald House provided, my family would have experienced a year of loneliness and separation. Every spare minute my parents had would have been spent driving to and from the hospital, my sister wouldn't have known her siblings or her dad, and I wouldn't have seen my mom for months at a time. We would have been separated from each other and the community that the Ronald McDonald House provides." - Samantha

</div>
<div><em>They provide essential services that remove economic barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare. They support the health and well-being of seriously ill or injured children receiving treatment in the Dallas area by providing their families a home-away-from-home at no cost. In an effort to reduce stress, keep families intact, and enhance the lives of those in residence, the House allows families to re-establish some sort of normalcy. It also provides them with the opportunity to share their concerns with those who are in similar situations and can truly understand what they are experiencing.</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Supporting families during difficult times can make a real difference. Every contribution helps provide comfort, meals, and a place to stay for families who need it most. Below are some examples of how donations can directly support families:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>$25</strong> provides one night of comfort supplies for a family
</div>
<div><strong>$50</strong> provides meals for a family for a full day
</div>
<div><strong>$100</strong> covers one night in the House
</div>
<div><strong>$500</strong> supports multiple families for an entire week
</div>
<div><strong>$1,600</strong> provides 16 nights of housing
</div>
<div><strong>$3,000</strong> covers nearly a full month of housing and meals for multiple families
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any support, big or small, truly makes a difference!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every bit of awareness and support matters for the families at the Ronald McDonald House. If financially contributing is not possible right now, would you be able to share this with the first three people who come to mind?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you so much for partnering with us on this mission!

<div>Dear Friends, Family, and Kindhearted Strangers,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our father, Walt Butler, has been the heart and soul of Altadena and Pasadena for decades. Known for his unwavering dedication to the community, he built a legacy through his beloved shoe store and endless support for local youth. Whether it was sponsoring youth sports teams, mentoring kids, or simply offering a listening ear, Walt has always been there for others. Walt has always put others first. Would give you the very clothes off his back to help you.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Tragically, his home of over 60 years was completely destroyed in the recent fire in Altadena, along with his cherished vehicles and a lifetime of memories. While we are so grateful that he is safe, the loss is devastating. Walt has spent his life giving back, and now he needs our help to rebuild.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are launching this to simply help our father take the first steps toward recovery. The funds will go toward:
</div>
<div>•	Securing temporary housing.
</div>
<div>•	Replacing essential belongings.
</div>
<div>•	Rebuilding his home and replacing his vehicles.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Walt has always been the first to lend a helping hand, and we hope to rally the same love and support he’s shared with so many. Any contribution, big or small, will make a tremendous difference. If you can’t donate, we ask for your prayers, shares, and words of encouragement to lift his spirits during this challenging time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping us restore hope for a man who has given so much to so many. Together, we can help Walt rebuild his life and continue his incredible legacy in our community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Dad deserves it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Sincerely,
</div>

Help Walt get back on his feet after the Devastating Fire

<div>Hi my name is Olivia and I’m fundraising for our beloved pug, Macey. She is a 6 years old and been struggling with diabetes for most of her life. Macey has had many ups and downs with her health, but within the last 5 days, her health has taken a turn for the worst. Macey has been diagnosed with Diabetic ketoacidosis, and her treatment has been extremely expensive and hard on my family. Macey currently requires 24-hour care and monitoring from the animal hospital and vet. Everyday we have to drive her back and forth between vets, to get an insulin drip and constant glucose testing. Macey has been making improvements but the doctors say that she will need to be under their care for a minimum of 5 more days.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our family is soon going to have to have an extremely difficult decision to make. Due to the unbearably high costs of the vet and animal hospital, our family will soon have to decide to discontinue care for Macey by the medical professionals. The costs and heartbreak for Macey have already been overwhelming and crushing for our family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All we want is for Macey to get better and give her the quality of life she deserves. If you are able to donate any amount, it would help my family tremendously and we would forever be grateful.

<div>Internet meet Donald &amp; Joseph.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Donald and his 8-year-old, autistic son Joseph are currently living out of their car in Compton, California. As a single father, Donald is currently trying to get back on track and provide for his son (let's find him a job).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Yesterday, when I surprised Donald with $1000 and asked him what his dream was, he said, "All I want to do is be able to take care of Joseph and get us an apartment that is safe."
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Let's all come together and show Donald &amp; Joseph the power of the internet and bless this family. 100% of the funds raised will go towards getting Donald and Joseph an apartment, food, clothes, and the proper services for Joseph's needs. Be kind and love always ❤️

<div>Hello, my name is Viola and I am a single mother trying to go back to school. My daughter and I are/were living on my college campus while I attended school, and were hoping to get approved for a housing program, but unfortunately, that plan fell through and we have to wait 3 weeks before they can schedule another interview and get us in. My school is only giving us until tomorrow (09/09/2022) at 4pm to be moved out. Now, I have to find a hotel for my daughter and I to stay at for the next week or two, until we find another program that can quickly house us or a permanent place to live.

My family emergency

<div>Our Bruno was severely attacked by a coyote in our backyard a few nights ago. He has five broken ribs, pulmonary contusions (bruised lung) and punctures to his chest cavity. He had emergency surgery to repair the trauma but is still in critical condition. The initial cost was $8000 and his treatment to keep him alive is $1200 each day he’s in the hospital. We aren’t the type of people to ask for money, but we don’t want money to be the reason we have to let him go. We want our bubba to come home.
</div>

Help bruno live❤️

<div>UPDATE:  Mary, the victim's sister, wants me to convey to all of you her profound gratitude for this beautiful outpouring of support. Mary's sister suffered a traumatic brain injury along with multiple fractures during the theft. She will be confined to a wheelchair for at least six weeks, she also has no health insurance. These funds will make all the difference for her. Thank you so much for supporting this hardworking woman during her time of need. The victim has been moved beyond words to know she is in your thoughts and prayers.<br /><br />Last night (March 5th), a Westport resident, who drives for UberEats in the evenings to earn supplemental income, was viciously assaulted while trying to stop her car from being stolen while picking up a food delivery order in Westport. She remains in the ICU. The police have apprehended all of her assailants. Please help this hard working member of our community and her family as she recovers from this vicious assault.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Chief Foti will ensure that 100% of funds raised will go to the victim. Checks can also be dropped at the Westport police station along with cards to get well soon. Please help this woman know she is not alone as she recovers from this attack.

<div>"Still the best math and science I’ve ever had. I remember Pascal’s principle word for word.”
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>“You wanted us to write, not so that it was in our notebook, but so it was in our head. That is something I still do today.”
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>“One of the first teachers who believed in me and always believed in me, even when I couldn’t believe in myself.”
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>“Changed every student’s life.”
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>These are just some of the words that former students say about Ida Pablo - a dedicated teacher of 31 years. She is the type of teacher who will get to school an hour and half early to help students prep for a test. She is the type of teacher who will give up her lunch breaks for group tutor sessions. She is the type of teacher who will stay up late making T-shirts for school community days.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>As if this wasn’t enough, Ida is committed mother, wife, colleague, friend. She can always be relied on lend a helping hand or a listening ear. Ida is also a person of faith; a devout Catholic who spends many hours praying for her students, her family, her friends.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Earlier this summer Ida was diagnosed with Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma, a rare form of cancer that effects four in a million people. That is reduced to one in 250,000 to her former math students. On September 27, she will go into surgery to remove a 3cm tumor (roughly the size of a grape) located just below her brain and next to her carotid artery. It will be a tricky 12-hour surgery followed by months of radiation and chemo.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Obviously the road to recovery will be long and expensive. Ida and her family spent over $3,000 in July alone for tests and doctors appointments. Any funds raised here will go to paying for additional medical visits, medications, treatments, and to allow Ida the freedom from financial burden during this time of healing. No one should have to worry about debt while battling cancer, certainly no one like Ida Pablo.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>If every family that Ida has helped in her three decades of teaching gave just one dollar we would be over a third of a way to our goal. Please consider giving as much as you feel you can. Please share the link to this GoFundMe with people you know. Make a video of what Ida has meant to you. Get the #love4mrsp trending. Together we can give back to Ida for everything she has given to us.

<div>With the family's permission, I am starting this Go Fund me to raise funds to aid in the search for Gabby Petito.
</div>

<div>The investigation is ongoing, but we can share the following information -
</div>

<div>Last known to be in Grand Teton, Wyoming on 8/25/21 heading towards Yellowstone National Park after traveling and camping extensively over the last couple of months while documenting their travels online @<a href="https://www.instagram.com/gabspetito/" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.instagram.com/gabspetito/</a>
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Gabby is now considered missing under suspicious circumstances after no contact and an initial search effort.
</div>

<div>Gabby is 22 years old,
</div>

<div>5’5” Blonde hair, Blue eyes.
</div>

<div>She has a triangle tattoo on left arm with flowers and a "Let it be" tattoo written on her right arm. She has a Belly button piercing.
</div>

<div>She had been traveling with a male companion in a 2012 Ford White Transit van traveling north from Grand Teton. We can confirm she is no longer in the Van or with this companion. Our focus is on finding Gabby to bring her home.
</div>

<div>While we are working with the FBI, multiple law enforcement agencies, and outside resources to pursue any and all leads the family will need funds and resources to travel and pay for expenses related to an investigation and search on the other side of the country, any help is appreciated.

I am longtime friends with the Schmidt Family (Nicki, Mother &amp; Jimmy, Stepfather) I am also acquainted with and know Gabby’s Dad, Joe. I have watched Gabby grow up and I consider her and the Schmidt family an extension of my own family.<br /><br />I started this fundraiser with the family’s permission to raise money to cover any and all expenses related to the investigation and search so that we may bring Gabby home. Monies raised will be used to pay for travel, lodging, rental cars, and expenses related directly to search efforts and to cover any additional resources that the family may need at this time. <p>Alicia was a kind soul, she was a daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, aunt, best friend, social worker, and singer. Anyone who was around Alicia would say her laugh and smile would light up any room. She loved hot sauce, karaoke, coffee, and cats. She cared so deeply for anyone she loved, and those around Alicia adored her.
</p>
<p>My dear sister Alicia was in the hospital and in critical condition for several days. On Sunday, July 18 my sweet sister was taken off life support, she passed away and donated her organs. All donations will go towards Alicia’s memorial. Any donation, small or large, would be greatly appreciated.
