<div>Dr Jessica Homes, known as ‘Dr. Jess’ by her patients, created 'The Homes Technique' through her work as a chiropractor, and by combining this knowledge with multiple alternative therapies that she was qualified in, to holistically help people and their furry friends, big or small, to live a better life.

<div>Jessica was the Director of Gray’s Chiropractic &amp; Wellness, and owner and founder of Holistic Equine Therapy in Mackay, Australia. She was also the leading SCENAR Trainer in Australia, having completed all her SCENAR training with the creator himself, Professor Revenko. Her impact wasn't limited to Australian shores though as she has also worked on and with people all over the world.

<div>Jessica would never let an opportunity pass to share her knowledge, lecture at conventions, treat, train or teach, and the more people she could educate and share her knowledge with, the more people she could help. Her dream was to share 'The Homes Technique' with the world.

<div>Jessica developed this unique treatment and has been using 'The Homes Technique' successfully with patients for many years. She also selected and trained a small but trusted team with which she shared her knowledge of this technique. This team has been involved in the development of the training and manuals, and the foundations of her dream, knowledge and hard work.

<div>We will endeavour to help Jessica fulfil her dream by using the knowledge that she left to create a legacy for her, her children Oliver and Eva, and all the patients that she adored, as well as for the world.

<div><strong>What is The Homes Technique?</strong>

<div>There are four systems in the body: endocrine (hormones), digestive, nervous, and immune.
</div>

<div>When the body feels stress that it cannot deal with, it will switch off a part of one of these systems, to protect the body. This ‘stress’ may be physical, chemical, environmental, or emotional.
</div>

<div>Once the body has dealt with this ‘stress’ it should then turn that part of the system back on. However, sometimes the body forgets how to, or if that ‘stress’ is too complex or caused by more than one stressor, then the body doesn’t even know where to start healing, and that is where The Homes Technique can step in.

<div>The Homes Technique starts with muscle testing to find out which system, and what part of it, has been turned off. Once identified, SCENAR is then used to help the body turn this part of the system back on. (SCENAR is a therapeutic handheld medical device, that when placed on the skin, replicates the body’s electrical impulses to restore function &amp; stimulate healing).
