<div>Siamo BFD Shout, un team femminile di Ultimate Frisbee di Bologna. Nel 2014 siamo partite da Bologna e, con dedizione e sacrificio, abbiamo portato la nostra squadra sul tetto d’Italia e d’Europa e rappresentato l’Italia a livello mondiale.

<div>Ora ci aspetta una nuova, incredibile sfida: nel 2026 vogliamo competere ai Mondiali per club in Irlanda per raggiungere il nostro miglior risultato di sempre. Per prepararci al meglio, abbiamo deciso di alzare ancora l’asticella: quest’anno voleremo negli Stati Uniti per partecipare allo US Open, uno dei tornei più prestigiosi al mondo, che si terrà ad Aurora, in Colorado. Saremo l’unica squadra europea in gara, la prima italiana di sempre a partecipare.

<div>Siamo emozionate, ambiziose e pronte a dare tutto. US Open è un’opportunità unica per crescere, misurarci con le migliori giocatrici del mondo e portare il nome di Shout ancora più in alto.

Lo US Open è un'occasione unica di investimento sul nostro futuro: più esperienza ad alto livello significa maggiori possibilità di competere al massimo ai prossimi Mondiali. Ma affrontarlo da sole è difficile.

<div>We are BFD Shout, a women's Ultimate Frisbee team from Bologna. In 2014, we started our journey from Bologna, and with dedication and sacrifice, we brought our team to the top of Italy and Europe, representing Italy on the world stage.

<div>Shout is more than just a team: it’s a shared dream, a family, a journey fueled by passion and determination.

<div>Now, we face a new, incredible challenge: in 2026, we want to compete at the World Club Championships in Ireland to achieve our best result ever. To prepare at our best, we’ve decided to raise the bar even higher: this year, we’ll fly to the United States to participate in the US Open, one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world, held in Aurora, Colorado. We will be the only European team competing, the first Italian team ever to take part.

<div>We are excited, ambitious, and ready to give it our all. The US Open is a unique opportunity to grow, compete against the best players in the world, and take the name of Shout even higher.

<div>We have always self-funded our journey: we travel across Europe and the world at our own expense because, despite Ultimate Frisbee’s values of inclusivity and fair play, it still has little visibility and few sponsors. Nevertheless, we train with the dedication of true professionals, represent Italy in international competitions, and fight to grow this sport. The US Open is a unique opportunity to invest in our future: gaining more high-level experience means having a greater chance to compete at our best in the upcoming World Championships. But facing this challenge alone is tough.
