Hello! My name is Dmytro, and I’ve been passionate about pizza for over 10 years. I dedicated myself to mastering the craft of traditional Italian pizza — from slow dough fermentation to mastering the art of fire-baked pizza. I brought that passion with me — and a dream: To share authentic, handmade pizza with my new community, just like in the streets of Naples. Now I’m building O’Sole Mio — a mobile pizza trailer that brings together real fire, honest ingredients, and a piece of my story. I’ve already invested in a professional oven, tent setup, licenses, and essential tools. But I still need a little more equipment to be fully ready. This summer, I want to bring my pizza to local events and festivals — to share real fire-baked flavour with the community that welcomed me.
