Help Kraig support his family during his illness

Baby Ezra Emmanuel Kirks was born December 20, 2019 at 34 weeks gestation with what is called VACTERL Association. He has undergone major life saving surgery already and is looking at more in the future as well as potential months in the hospital. His parents could really use the financial support for the bills they are currently accruing as well as unknown medical costs throughout the future of Ezra’s life.

Magnolia was born just shy of 29 weeks and is looking at a long stay in the NICU. <br /><br />NICU stays are long and difficult and are full of unexpected costs. This fund will help take some of the financial stress off Kalyn and Robert so they can focus their energy and time on Magnolia.<br /><br />Kalyn &amp; Robert are sweet, caring and generous people who go out of their way to help others. This is just a small way to show them how much you care in this difficult time.

Magnolia Snow's NICU Stay

<strong>On the morning of December 20th, Zane [Ryan] and Julia Green’s family suffered a fire in their townhouse caused by a faulty dishwasher.  Julia was attending a school Christmas concert when she was alerted by a neighbor that their house was on fire.  They are thankful that no one was home and everyone is safe. Zane [Ryan] and Julia are parents to 6 children;  The children's ages range from just 11 to 1.5 years old.</strong><br /><br />Unfortunately the fire and extreme smoke damage has left the Green Family displaced from their home, with just the clothes they were wearing yesterday.<br /><br />They have gotten assistance for a nearby hotel for few nights.  In the mean time they have been told to find longer term  accommodations for 6-12 months while their townhouse is restored.<br /><br />Today the sadness and overwhelming stress is hitting the family hard as they face the reality of their losses.  They are starting over with their possessions of a lifetime.  As the family works to navigate the process of insurance and recovering from this fire, they need our help to fill the gaps.<br /><br />Many people have expressed wanting to send the children Christmas gifts.  Currently the family is looked after and will decline accepting physical items as they have no place to keep them and don’t really know what is needed at this time.<br /><br />Organized by: Marlee (Zane [Ryan] sister) and LeAnn (Zane [Ryan] mother)<br /><br />Written by: Sarah Love (sister in law and friend of the family)

Green Family of 8: Fire Fund

<div><strong>Chelsea is a hardworking single mother</strong> who has spent years building self-sufficiency, stability, and a safe home for her children. Unfortunately, the past few months have brought a series of devastating events that have left her and her youngest children in an extremely vulnerable position.

<div>On April 11th, after nine years of stable tenancy, Chelsea and her two youngest children lost their housing through no fault of their own. Since then, they’ve been unhoused, caught in a system that offers too little, too late.

<div>The stress of the situation has already had heartbreaking consequences: one of Chelsea’s children has become estranged due to the emotional toll. Then, at the end of April, Chelsea unexpectedly lost her job—partly due to the overwhelming impact the crisis had on her mental health.

<div>As if things couldn’t get worse, sometime between the night of April 30th and the morning of May 1st, Chelsea’s only vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of the church where she and her 17-year-old son have been staying. Though she had full coverage, her car had a salvage title and the deductible is high, so any insurance payout will likely be minimal—if any. <strong>But this family needs a car to get back on track.</strong>

<div>Chelsea is doing everything she can to protect and care for her son, who remains her top priority. She is trying to file for unemployment, but delays in the system are holding things up. In the meantime, she’s relying on a small amount of child support and newly reinstated SNAP benefits—neither of which is enough to cover basic needs like:
