<div>What’s up fam — we’re the team behind Vibes On Logan.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For the past five summers, this has been a community-funded event. No sponsors, no grants. Just people showing up, donating, vending, playing, and building something together.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And that support has made a real difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It’s helped us take care of the DJs, photographers, and designers who make this what it is and continue to grow the event in a way that feels good for everyone involved.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’ve been out the past couple summers, you already know, adding the porta potty changed the experience.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It made the day smoother, more accessible, and just better across the board.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So this year, we’re trying to get ahead of it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re looking to raise $1,500 by May 17, before our first event, to cover porta potty rentals for the entire summer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This GoFundMe is just for that.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It doesn’t cover DJs, gear, graphics, photography, or our time. We’ll still be collecting donations at each event to support the artists and keep things running.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is just about locking in one key piece early so everything else can fall into place.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’ve ever pulled up, danced, played, vended, or just appreciated what we’ve built, we’d appreciate any support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And if you’re not in a place to give right now, sharing this helps more than you know.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Appreciate you all for rocking with us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Let’s keep it going.
</div>

<div>Hello hello. My name is Cameron Counts, writer and director of <em>RED SOLO. </em>I’m a movie lover and storyteller &amp; my goal is to use stories to uplift the voices of my community. It’s my mission to begin shooting <i>RED SOLO </i>this coming Fall 2025.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I'm from South Carolina, where racism and bigotry is the norm and queerness is a "sin.” As a queer Black person (closeted af until adulthood) there were many times during my childhood and adolescence where I felt extremely isolated.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><em>RED SOLO</em> follows Jordan, a young, queer, and closeted Black man who struggles with isolation in his all-white friend group. On Halloween night, Jordan grieves the end of his relationship at a house party surrounded by friends who fail to notice his low spirits. After volunteering to retrieve party favors, his night takes a dark turn.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The film explores themes of loneliness, homophobia, racism, and the internal battle of living in a world that does not understand you and does not attempt to. It will reflect a reality that many queer, Black, and people of color face every day: a feeling of being alone, unheard, or unseen. In addition to the racial and homophobic struggles that Jordan faces, the film aims to bring awareness to the fentanyl crisis.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Your support will help ensure that this story reaches a wider audience and contributes to the ongoing conversation about race and queerness.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you in advance :-)

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>(Fundraising goal may change as more information is acquired &amp; all donated funds will go towards pre &amp; post production costs (equipment, crew, meals, transportation, festivals, etc))

<div>After many years of anxiously awaiting, the time has finally arrived! On March 5th, <strong>Ash is getting top surgery.</strong> <strong>Ash is a Black Filipinx Trans masculine non-binary community member seeking funds to support their transition.</strong> We are hoping to raise enough to cover therapy before and during their recovery, rent, bills, medical care, housing stabilization, and basic necessities so they may heal with the least amount of stress and the most amount of support.
</div>
<div><strong>Please consider giving to this life-changing community fundraising effort.</strong> In times like these, where Transgender individuals are being persecuted for merely existing, be part of a direct effort to change the material conditions of a Trans person's life from just surviving to thriving! Ash is a pillar in their community, and they, like all of us, deserve to grow and heal with ease.

<div>In 2016, my mom Debbie was first diagnosed with a form of breast cancer called invasive lobular carcinoma. After a four-year remission, her cancer returned in 2022 and has recently gotten worse despite the use of traditionally utilized chemotherapy drugs. The effects of drugs like Kisqali can be incredibly harsh on the body, especially the heart, which has led my mom to seek new forms of treatment, specifically prescribed by an integrative oncologist who blends holistic methods of treatment with Western medicine as a way to treat aggressive diagnoses.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re fundraising to support this new integrative route because it’s a cost that would have to be entirely covered out of pocket, which would add to the financial stress of my mom’s existing medical bills. The treatment includes mistletoe therapy (via weekly injections; commonly used in Europe to treat cancer), high-dose vitamin C infusions, supplements, and cancer-fighting diet guidance, plus a monthly visit to a specialist.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For part of our lives, my mom raised me and my two older sisters on her own after our dad passed away unexpectedly in 2002. She continues to be a loving mother to us and a caring grandmother to her three young grandchildren—your support would mean so much to us all so my mom can get the type of treatment she feels is best for her.
</div>

Help Debbie Beat Cancer

<div><strong>I've created this fundraiser to assist in the aftermath of a "Cardiac Event" I experienced on July 29th, 2024, while driving*.</strong> I'm unable to work at the moment, in the midst of MRIs, ultrasounds, and bloodwork that will determine what kind of care I will need in the future.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Any financial assistance will be used to pay for testing that isn't covered by my insurance; auto repairs that aren't covered by my insurance; any future testing/procedure I will need based on test results; any/all equipment I need for home heart monitoring (based on Cardiologist's request)...</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From my research and the few moments speaking with a Cardiologist, there are solutions that will allow me to live a healthy, fulfilled life. I won't know what that looks like specifically, but I'd like to be in a position to receive the care I need when that moment arrives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I also really want to get back to work and get some vegetables grown! :)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you want to reach out to me privately, please feel free to do so.
</div>
<div>Love and light to you all!

Help Bradd Recover and Thrive

<div>Hello everyone,
</div>
<div>My name is Leena Abukuwaik, I am fundraising this after much contemplation and hesitation, as I find myself in a desperate situation. I am seeking your support to evacuate my family of 11 from Gaza during this ongoing war. The situation has become unbearable, and I fear for the safety and well-being of my loved ones.
</div>
<div>I am seeking your support for my family who is currently trapped in the war-torn region of Gaza, Rafah. The ongoing conflict has devastated their lives, leaving them homeless, vulnerable, and facing the constant threat of death. I am desperate to help them escape this dire situation and provide them with a chance at a safer and more secure future.
</div>
<div>The Plight of My Family:
</div>
<div>However, as the war in Gaza continues to escalate, they have finally come to the realization that their only chance of survival is to escape the region. They have endured unimaginable suffering, witnessing the destruction of their homes and the loss of loved ones. The constant fear and uncertainty have taken a toll on their physical and mental well-being.
</div>
<div>My family consists of six adults and five children, all under the age of 14. My father Faris Saleem, 77 years old, he has many medical problems and with the lack of his daily medications he is suffering so many health complications of heart diseases, high blood pressure and diabetes. My sister Noor Faris, my brother’s family Mohanned Faris, who is still recovering from a hip replacement surgery conducted last summer and my pregnant sister family Bodour Faris. So they are three families in total. All of them are educated and even my two sisters were supposed to earn their Masters degree last December. All of my family members lost their jobs and homes Since the start of the war, they have been forced to flee their homes in the North of Gaza, moving from one area to another in search of safety. They left their houses with nothing but the clothes on their backs, and unfortunately, all their homes were destroyed. The attached pictures of the destruction will give you a glimpse into the magnitude of their loss.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Current Situation:
</div>
<div>To date, my family has been displaced five times, enduring unimaginable hardships along the way. For weeks, the men in my family had no choice but to sleep on the streets,Now, they find themselves in Rafah, their last refuge, living in inhumane conditions. The constant threat of an invasion and attack on Rafah looms over them, putting their lives at even greater risk. This is not only their struggle; it is the plight of 1.5 million refugees in Rafah who face the same imminent danger.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Request for Assistance:
</div>
<div>I have initiated this fundraising campaign to urgently gather funds to help my family leave Gaza as soon as possible. The total cost to secure their departure is $55,000. This amount includes $5,000 per person for departure fees, which must be paid to an Egyptian side facilitating their safe passage Upon reaching their destination, they will require financial support to cover basic living expenses, including accommodation, food, transportation, and healthcare, until they secure stable employment. Additionally, $5,000 is required for delivery expenses as my pregnant sister will soon undergo a C-section. my family will need approximately $2,000 per month for three months to cover basic living expenses, and an additional $8000 is required for clothing and urgent medical needs. The plan is to apply for an asylum anywhere, the USA, Canada or Europe. plus the go fund me fees which is 2.9% +30 cents for each transaction. approximately $20175
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>How Your Support Can Make a Difference:
</div>
<div>The funds raised through this campaign will be utilized to cover the costs associated with evacuating my family from Gaza. This includes transportation expenses, necessary documentation, and temporary accommodation until they can find a more permanent solution. Your generous contributions will enable them to escape the war-torn region and provide them with a chance to start anew, free from the constant fear and danger they currently face.
</div>
<div>Every dollar counts, and your support will not only offer my family a lifeline but also restore their hope for a brighter future.
</div>
<div>Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and for standing with us during this difficult journey.
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>

Help My Family, Pregnant Sister to Evacuate Gaza

Hello, I had a consultation for gender affirming surgery in October, just $200 away from meeting my out-of-pocket deductible. However, with the new year, it reset to $2000, and unexpected costs for my cat’s health added to the financial strain. I’m seeking support to cover the surgery costs and necessary medical supplies for recovery, especially with my 30th birthday approaching shortly after the surgery. Your consideration means a lot to me, thankyou!

Villaseñor-Sanchez Family Emergency Relief Fund

<div>Hi friends! On November 5th, 2023, I'll be lacing up my running shoes to take on the iconic NYC Marathon. While I thought I’d sworn off marathons for the foreseeable future (they hurt!) - I've found a compelling reason to lace up again. Sports have been a cornerstone in shaping my character and molding me into the person I am today. Specifically, running has been more than just a sport; it has acted as a mentor, stress-reliever, joy-bringer, and the foundation for some of my most cherished friendships (sorry Bosko, KAMS doesn’t have the same virtue ring as running does).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>You might ask, "Why would anyone willingly run 26.2 miles?" and maybe I agree! But there’s a cause deeply close to my heart: Chicago Run - An organization that serves as a beacon for many kids in Chicago who, unlike me growing up, don't readily have sports and its invaluable lessons in their lives. Chicago Run aims to provide them the chance I was given - to grow, to challenge themselves, to bond, and to feel the sense of accomplishment that running can bring.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you're unfamiliar, Chicago Run is a non for profit that empowers young people from Pre-K through high school with equitable access to inclusive running and physical activity programs. Serving as the president of the Next Generation Board, I've been honored to see Chicago Run’s impact through the power of sport - building resilience to stress and trauma and developing social and emotional skills in the youth of Chicago.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>SO- to my incredible community, I seek your support! Every contribution, no matter the size, helps to create waves of change in these young lives. With my go-fund me page set up, every donation you make will be matched, magnifying our collective impact. My fundraising goal is $2,600 which will be donated fully to Chicago Run. If we go beyond, surplus will help with my travel expenses (those hotel prices!), but anything extra heads straight back to Chicago Run.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you thank you thank you for donating and supporting the mission of Chicago Run. Here's to making it to the finish line in one piece! ‍♂️
</div>

</div>
<div><br />

<strong>Lets Build Blanca A House And Small Business (laundromat) -WE NEED YOUR HELP!  <br /><br />We're need your help to help Blanca and her husband. They're currently living in very bad conditions and aren't getting any medical help. With your donation, we will build them a home, help in building them a sustainable business so they can continue to provide for their family. We also want to build them a handicap walkway and special wheel chair so he can move from hid bedroom to bathroom and medical bed. <br /><br />In addition we plan on building a facility to help women with Cancer in the Amazon. You can read more about our plans below. Thank you </strong><br /><br /><strong>Summary:</strong><br /><br />Humanitarian and journalist Aaron Murphy has devoted his life to helping fight poverty in Latin America through his channel MurphsLife. Using his social media presence and platform of over 2 million followers, he raises money to help individuals and families that he meets who are in desperate need. With donations from the public, MurphsLife has given thousands of dollars to impoverished people in the region; blessing, transforming, and changing lives at each step.<br /><br />Filming his journey along the way and featuring the stories of the individuals that he helps, Murphy’s platform elevates individuals who are in need, following their journeys, and allowing followers to connect with their stories. MurphsLife truly shows the capacity that we all have to incite change and improve the lives people around the world. To pursue these goals, the foundation seeks to build an official volunteer home base in the Amazon Jungle.<br /><br /><strong>The problem:</strong><br /><br />Global inequality and resource extraction have left millions around the world in poverty. The privileges enjoyed by wealthier countries are not universally accessible, as many around the world fight to survive every day. Latin America is one region particularly affected by impoverishment with families and children left starving every night, homes and lifestyles sent into ruin from climate catastrophes, and entire regions struggling to make ends meet because of poor economic institutions.<br /><br /><strong>Our goal:</strong><br /><br />MurphsLife is looking to build a volunteer site in the Amazon Jungle, four hours outside of Quito, Ecuador. The site will serve as the foundation’s home-base in the region, comprised of hostel-style cabins, a large garden, and a diverse farm with animals including chicken and fish. The site will be run by volunteers who stay for a period of time and will function as a way to help lift larger groups of locals out of poverty. Providing work to locals and food for nearby residents, this volunteer site is the opportunity to make an ongoing, lasting, and structural difference in the region with a sustainable support system.<br /><br /><strong>A snapshot of MurphsLife’s impact:</strong><br /><br />MurphsLife has been featured for its unique storytelling and accomplishments in media outlets including EPA news, iHeartRadio, Univision, Mangostrike, ITK, and HappilyNews.com, as well as being the recipient of the “Most impactful hero” award 2021 from Univision. Here are some of the lives that the foundation has affected:<br /><br />-Paraguay: Enrique’s family lived in the city’s garbage dump after their stepfather burned down the house. Constantly falling ill without sources of clean water and food, the family was struggling to survive. MurphsLife Raised $31,000 for Enrique’s family and bought them a clean and safe home so that they can thrive.<br /><br />-Mexico: The Cardenas family was earning less than $200 a month, not even enough to provide shoes or an education to their children. MurphsLife raised funds, bought them shoes to wear, gave them a smartphone for home schooling, and provided the money and papers needed for the family to pursue their goal of applying to legally emigrate to the United States.  <br /><br />-Honduras: The Castro family lost their home and belongings in a flood, and as a result the father can no longer work his construction job after losing all of his tools. Since the flood, they had been living in a home built out of scraps they sourced after the storm. MurphsLife used donations to build them a new home, furnished it, replace the father’s tools, and purchased a new motorbike for the father so that he can return to work.<br /><br /><strong>We need your help: </strong><br /><br />The life changing gifts provided by MurphsLife are already driven by the generous donations of followers and viewers who find space to help those in need. Our effort to reduce poverty in Latin America depends on your donations. Now, to achieve our next goal, we need funding to establish our volunteer base so that we can continue to help impoverished families and take the next step to provide ongoing sources of work and food. Through the small gestures of many people, families on the other side of the world can feel huge benefits. We ask that you help our mission by choosing to donate today, or if you cannot at this time, we ask that you share our campaign on your social media and join our online community.

Lets Help Blanca & Women With Cancer In The Amazon

Thank you for taking the time to check out my campaign. Prior to Covid-19, I was fortunate to help with a non-profit organization where I worked with 1st and 4th graders at Robert Nathaniel Dett Elementary School in Chicago. Together Chicago provided me with a platform to reach children in these underserved communities that have historically been plagued by crime and poverty. It was during this time that my eyes were opened to many of the privileges that I have grown accustom to, which inspired me to consider how I could give back to these kids beyond my time spent in the classroom (sneaking in snacks and pop for kids from my lunch break was not the lasting impact I was hoping for).<br /><br />With that said, I have been preparing to race in an Ironman since September of 2019. When Ironman events began cancelling, I started looking into alternative ways to complete my training and finish what I had started. It became evident  that I would most likely not be competing in an "official" Ironman event. At this point, I now knew how I could further contribute and reached out to Damien Howard, one of the program directors at Together Chicago that I was able to work alongside. Damien is passionate about his work with kids in Chicago Public Schools and someone who I knew would be able to help me translate the impact I am hoping to have. <br /><br />Before training for this event, I had never ran over 4 miles, biked longer than an hour, or had any experience swimming beyond what was needed to survive in water. On Sunday, September 27th I will be swimming 2.4 miles in a pool, biking 112 miles on a stationary bike, and running 26.2 miles on a treadmill (Goal Time: Sub 12 hours). I have pushed myself for many months and I am more motivated now then I was when I was set to compete in an official Ironman on September 26th. The time is right, the cause is right, and I am hoping this opportunity is right for you to help contribute to kids who appreciate your help more than you know. I've seen it with my own eyes.
