<div>Happy Day to you. My name is Daniel Cook, tho my friends call me ‘Spin’. This is my story and the reasons my daughters started this Go Fund Me for me. Thank you for your time looking at this.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have 2 defective hips, both have been recalled. The manufacturers are Biomet, now Biomet/Zimmer and Depuy. Every step or movement of the hips create wear debris that are from heavy metal. The main two are Cobalt and Chromium. My life has been made miserable by the 2 defective hips and the toxic debris in my hip and pelvic region. Everywhere my blood flows has the toxic metals accumulating. In my organs, brain, eyes, everywhere.
</div>
<div>This has impacted my way of life. I am in pain every waking moment. It interferes with my sleep and limits my activity. The more physically active I am, the worse the pain becomes. the worse I physically feel, the worse my symptomology becomes. My pain continually increases until every step lands upon a floor of agony and handcuffs me to my bed.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cobalt is a nasty heavy metal (thick mercury, arsenic or lead), and it kills everything. The amount in my blood is considered toxic levels. Anywhere my blood flows, microscopic pieces of cobalt accumulate.
</div>
<div>Exposure to these heavy metals ate my bones away in my hip, femur and pelvis. It required multiple areas to be debrided and repaired with cadaver bone. The damage to my bones caused my hip revision surgery (where they were to take out the defective product) to fail, instead putting in replacement parts that gave me a full new dose of the toxins. The first 5 years of wear on a new hip expels more cobalt particles. I can’t remove the defective product , the source of the toxic heavy metals which has been slowly poisoning me.
</div>
<div>The cobalt debris cause my body’s biological functions to combat the toxins. This is what caused the lytic lesions that destroyed my bones, similar to certain bone cancers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The FDA’s fast track approval processes is what made it so that the Biomet and Depuy defective medical processes made it to market. Zero legal action can be taken against the FDA. Biomet and Depuy’s defective medical products were implanted into me and cannot be removed. There are no current treatments other than to manage my pain and symptoms.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These medical device manufacturers preyed upon desperate patients with their negligently designed and defective hip replacement products. This is a human made affliction disguised as a safe option to improve the quality of my life, improve my mobility, and relieve my pain. The opposite of what has happened to me in reality. My life expectancy has been shortened. I was never informed or warned about the medical issues that the defective devices caused. I am condemned to an existence of poverty surviving off of $1,282 a month from social security disability payments. I am unable to work, due to the pain from the 2 defective hips.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As far as I can discern from seeing Dr.’s all over Ohio (including the Cleveland Clinic), no medical care professional I have seen has ever encountered a patient with my specific medical issues. Dr. Steven Tower, out of Alaska, whose efforts exposed the defective hip products leading to recalls and legal actions against the various manufactures. One of my goals is to be able to see him, but I live in Ohio. I am hopeful for experimental treatments to help, they are still in the beginning phases. I am hopeful that when they move to human trials that I could be included.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If nothing else I hope this will raise awareness on defective medical products. If something like this could happen to me, unfortunately it could happen to anyone. I humbly ask for your help in my quest to hold these medical device manufacturers accountable. Anything that is donated will go to my continued medical care, transportation and legal fees. Thank you for your time and thank you for anything you may send my way. Anything will help to improve my situation, even a positive thought or prayer sent my way.

<div>TLDR: I have heavy metal poising from my recalled and defective hip replacements. I am asking for help for medical expenses (continued care, transport to and from offices, visiting specialists in other states, experimental treatments, potentially replacing the defective product if a doctor thinks it could done, etc.). I may also use the expenses for legal purposes if a case can be brought against them. Thank you for reading.

<div>Update: many of you wanted to continue to donate after we met our goal! I am beyond grateful for your outpouring of love! Outpouring of help!! I increased the goal! And guys! I’m in tears! This helps our family so much! The support and encouragement are heartwarming! We love you all!!
</div>
<div>Dear friends and supporters,
</div>
<div>I am Heather Wyatt, and I come to you with a heavy heart and a plea for assistance. On September 4, 2023, I tragically lost my beloved daughter, Aubreigh. She was not just a daughter but a radiant soul - vibrant, kind, and exceptionally bright. Regrettably, at the tender age of 13, she made the unimaginable decision to end her own life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Throughout this journey of grief and seeking justice, many of you have graciously followed our story and updates on social media. Your unwavering support has been a source of comfort during these dark times, and for that, I am profoundly grateful.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>However, as we strive for justice and accountability, we have encountered a significant financial obstacle. Additional unexpected costs associated with legal proceedings - from filing fees to consultations, and various other legal aspects have accumulated rapidly and will continue to do so. Additionally, there are new updates in this situation that require further litigation,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Despite our best efforts, we have reached a financial impasse. Therefore, with a humble heart, I am reaching out to each and every one of you for help during this trying time. Our fight for justice had stalled as we’ve now been silenced!! Your generosity and support can make a tangible difference in our ability to navigate the complexities of the legal system and pursue justice, and accountability for those involved.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please consider contributing whatever you can to assist us in covering these ongoing expenses. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to achieving our goal of holding accountable those responsible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and solidarity during this challenging journey.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With heartfelt gratitude,
</div>

Family of Aubreigh Wyatt (Wyatt Family):Legal Fees

<div>Hello, name is Brad Zang. I'm hoping you can help.
</div>
<div>My brother Clint is going through a crazy nightmare. Months ago in early August he went to the hospital. He was having a shortness of breath. He felt fine otherwise. Things quickly got worse, since then he has lost all muscle mass. He has spent more time in the hospital than out of it with no real quality of life while out. He hasn't been able to work. His liver and kidneys have failed
</div>
<div>He went from 205 pounds to 144lbs in a few months. He can wrap his hand around his biceps and touch his fingers.
</div>
<div>He being listed for a liver. His blood levels are so bad only a full liver will do. He is currently in the ICU. He may get an offer soon.
</div>
<div>They have to medically turn his immune system off to prevent rejection. His kidneys and other issues should be fixed with a working liver. Prayers are appreciated. His finacial situation has gone south. He has burned through his savings and bills are piling up. Clint is the best man I know. Kind. The good guy. A Veteran. He's the guy that shows up to help a friend or a neighbor. I know he has allies out there. Please help my brother. My Family will be forever grateful. God Bless.
</div>
<div>If all you can do is share this, then pease do that. Thank you.
</div>

Help a good man.

With all of the tests done prior to her treatments, which started in September the medical bills are very high.  All money received would go towards paying those medical bills and for future treatments.  In Rachelle's own words; "Even though I have cancer I am trying not to let it define me and still function as normal as possible." She is a strong, caring person and a devoted Mom to these three great kids.  Due to a job change, there has been more of a financial burden, plus her husband's job takes him out of town and away from home weeks at time.  So other ways people could help would be visits, help around the house or preparing a meal for the kids.  Anything you do that comes from your heart will be so greatly appreciated.  Please help Rahelle and her family battle this awful disease. Thank you, Aunt Mel</strong>
