My niece Krys is like a 2nd daughter to us, very close to my daughter Jennelle and our family, even living with us during their college years. She is in need of help! At age 44, this May, she received a diagnosis of stage 3 invasive breast cancer, and her life turned upside down. Please read this and prayerfully consider if you can help... 17 years ago, a group of Christian cancer researchers started developing and testing a unique cancer therapy, and Dr. Jeff Kotulski (of Mankato) was called to join them, as his patients were doing better than any others. Well, the trials are over, and the FDA has given the nod of approval, and this vaccine has been proven safe, highly effective, and ready to go forward to the masses. All 43 patients with stage 3 & 4 solid tumor cancers are still alive and doing well, with great chances that cancer will never return. It was the goal of the researchers to make this personalized vaccine affordable for the masses and for the research to not get buried by the pharmaceutical industry. This in between time, before the research/company is sold to someone who can manufacture and distribute to the masses, Dr. Kotulski is the only one in the U.S. who can treat patients with this highly effective vaccine (you can read their peer-reviewed journal articles posted on: EliosTherapeutics.com). Costs will be $1,250 to ship Krys's cancer biopsy to the lab in a special cryoport container, then the lab will culture her cancer cells for over a month to create a vaccine designed specifically for Krys for $9,950. Expected additional costs over the next 2 years, to administer the treatments is $5,000-10,000, depending on her individualized needs. All together the cost will be at the bare minimum $16,200+, but likely up to $20,000. I believe Krys returned to Mankato from Nevada for such a time as this to be one of the first patients to pave the way forward for this vaccine. She is very aware and grateful for the divine timing. Since the therapy is brand new, this therapy will not be covered by health insurance. However, time is of the essence for Krys to be treated now. She is currently enduring chemotherapy. She has been out of work since early June, as she has been very weak and sick since starting chemotherapy. Doctors have told her to expect a mastectomy (probable double) and radiation to follow. We are praying the cancer disappears and with God's timing, will save her from those further therapies. A beautiful woman of God gave $1,000.00 seed money for this journey because she felt God told her to give that amount. Please pray, and if you feel compelled, please join us in helping provide Krys with the funds she needs to go forward. Every little or large bit is equally appreciated. Please pray for Krys, and others with cancer, that they would draw closer and closer to God. May God bless you for your time to read this and your prayers. - Linda Leech (NOTE: We have shut down the first GoFundMe that raised money used for unpaid medical and living expenses when her short-term disability runs out. If for some unexpected reason, Krys does not qualify for this new treatment, your donation will be refunded.
