<p>Hello everyone ❤️ This is Taylah yet again, hoping to help my mama and Stepdad during their battle against my mamas breast cancer/medical bills that have taken a hold of their lives for the past (almost) 5 years. As many of you know, my mama Erin Turner was diagnosed with stage 4 aggressive breast cancer a few years ago, had a mastectomy, beat it, and was forced to sell her and her husband's home in Washington in order to pay off medical debt. Afterwards, the only place they could reasonably afford to buy a new home was in Arizona. Not too long after moving here, the cancer came back and her husband Peter ended up staying in Washington for a whole year working full time so my mom (living in Tucson) was able to still have health insurance and medical care. He loves her so much and it has been really hard to see them struggle for so long because of this country's disgusting, for-profit health care system that obviously doesn't reflect care for human lives and well being. At each cancer treatment appointment averaging $18,000 per session (with insurance) they are now facing the same predicament as before, the medical bills/debt have become priority to their mortgage, and all other bills, and are faced with the heartbreaking reality that they may have to sell their home in Tucson, that Peter spent months renovating and remodeling himself.

<div>I have been suffering a great deal of dental trauma over the last few years... These problems are now coming to a head. This is an unfortunately <strong><em>serious</em></strong> and <strong><em>urgent</em></strong> matter. I am now seeking the benevolence of my friends to aid me with a necessary oral surgery and recovery.

<div>I have consulted with more than a few general dentists and specialists over the last 9 months here in San Diego. I'm at a very real risk of an oral bacterial infection developing into a <strong>FAR</strong> more serious condition known as "<strong><em>sepsis</em></strong>". In the worst case scenario, this condition can be <strong><em>FATAL</em></strong>. My Medi-Cal insurance does <strong><em>NOT</em></strong> cover this procedure, nor does any available insurance policy for that matter.

<div>This is an extremely difficult ask for me. I do not like to seek out the help of my friends if there is anyway for me to do it alone. I do not want to be a burden on my friends' and families' lives, especially when it comes to money. I always try to do my best.

<div>Many of you are familiar enough with my background to know that this is no small thing for me. I do not have the immediate resources to handle this large of a bill on my own. This is, by far, the most daunting hurdle I have ever faced in my life. I need to impress that this is a life-saving procedure.
