<div>Unfortunately, many of these students have been failed within traditional models of education: they've not been successful academically or socially, and have not obtained the life skills they will need to lead independent and fulfilling lives.  And to make matters worse, these youth are often bullied, overlooked, underserved, and even in many cases, isolated simply because of their differences. Well, we're here to say: there ARE options, and Dynamic Opportunities is a great one!

<div>As a non-profit school exclusively for neurodivergent middle and high school students in and around Raleigh, Dynamic Opportunities' mission is to develop in these very special youth the academic, life, and social skills they will need to become independent and contributing members of society. We are the only school around that pursues this mission daily through the use of Project-Based Learning... a creative, hands-on, and collaborative approach that works for students who have been failed by other, more traditional methods. And it works!!! While their previous educational experiences were much like trying to put a square peg through a round hole, the way our students bloom in this environment is simply amazing! <div>This year is our <strong>10th Anniversary</strong> as a private school, and we've got lots to celebrate: the growth of our student body from just 19 to over 60 in just these 10 short years, for one. Also during this time, we have made extraordinary efforts to keep our tuition as low as possible, in an intentional effort to ensure socio-economic diversity amongst our student body. And that has worked too!

<div>But now that our program has experienced so much growth, it seems we're out of space! We're having to turn away students every day because we just don't have the physical capacity to accept any more bodies. And that is a heart-breaking tragedy for our entire organization!

<div>So we're going to do something about it! We're raising money through this GoFundMe to support our relocation to a building where we can grow and expand our student population. To be frank, while the need is there, the means are not. While we need for this journey to lead us to a property which will allow us to achieve growth while continuing to keep our tuition as low as possible, things are expensive here in Raleigh (as you know), and as a non-profit in this economy we are already struggling to make ends meet. More space = more money, and we just don't have it... YET!
