He has now had several surgeries, and this upcoming appointment will be his fourth doctor visit, including multiple second opinions as we work with specialists to determine the best path forward to save his leg.

<div>A few days ago, someone broke into our gate and stole our Christmas gifts. They left the gate open, and because of that, Sparky got out. If that never happened, we wouldn’t be living this nightmare.
</div>

<div>On December 3rd, Sparky went missing. Within minutes, he was hit by a car. He spent two days alone in the cold—hurt, starving, dehydrated, and unable to move. When my boyfriend finally found him, Sparky crawled out from under a structure and rolled onto his side as if begging for help. It was absolutely heartbreaking.

<div>Sparky has a broken foot, a fractured leg, a severe infection, and maggots inside his wound. The vet said he may even need his leg amputated. He needs emergency surgery and hospital care now.

Over the past seven years, she has undergone two brain surgeries, bi-weekly infusions, and countless medications. True to her style, Christine attended every chemotherapy, radiation session, and MRI in high heels, never allowing her diagnosis to define her.

<div>Tragedy struck for our beloved friends Adam and Tracy Bouvet Friday when walking down the street. In an instant everything changed. A vehicle jumped the sidewalk and struck Adam, Tracy and their daughter Sidney. Adam took the brunt of the impact causing a traumatic brain injury. He is currently in ICU needing God’s grace and miracle to keep him with us. Fortunately Tracy and Sidney only had minor injuries.

<div>Our grandfather is a victim of elder abuse. He is 77 years old and 90% blind. Because of his disability, he had in-home support services who were in charge of his care, as well as his finances. The in-home providers were in charge of paying all of his bills with the money that he received from his military retirement and ssi income. We have just found out that his bills have not been paid in about a year and all of his money was drained from his account from the caretakers. Due to the bills not being paid on time, we have just found out that his home has been in foreclosure and already has an auction date. His mortgage is past due by nearly $25,000. His gas and electric bill has an overdue balance of $1,300. His water is past due by $1,200. Multiple credit cards have been opened in his name and have sunk his credit score to almost 400. His wife, our grandmother, was laid to rest this week. All of this information became knowledgeable to us when the life insurance, that our grandfather thought to be paying for years, had no pay out due to a lapse because of non-payment. We are raising money in hopes to save the house that we all grew up in. We have requested a reinstatement of his mortgage loan and were told that amount will exceed $20,000. We were informed by the police that this is a civil matter and they will not be taking any action against the caretakers. We need to raise $25,000 to save our grandparents home, as well as save our grandfather from any further heartache.

<div>This Go Fund Me was started by Alvin Fulcher's granddaughter, Adrienne Mahan. All funds will either be directly deposited into Alvin Fulchers bank account, or a secure bank account set up by Adrienne to insure safety of all funds. When all funds are raised and in a secure bank account, a cashiers check will be sent in full to Alvin Fulchers mortgage company to stop the auction of his home.

Elder Abuse

Christine Allen, doting wife, loving mother and cherished friend was unexpectedly diagnosed with Grade 4 Glioblastoma, a type of aggressive brain cancer. Christine immediately underwent surgery to remove the tumor from her brain. Although the surgery was successful to remove the major components of the tumor, it is unknown how quickly this malignant cancer can grow. As Christine works to regain her strength and some motor skills, she needs to focus on Occupational and Physical therapy appointments. She is in the most incredible spirits!  Her husband Wayne, and children, Courtney and Christopher, are in full support of their amazing mom! We want to create this page to assist Christine and her family financially, as to alleviate one of the many burdens this wonderful family is now facing.
