<div>In late July, we lost a beloved friend and family member, Bill Crook. My name is Kai Turmann, and Bill and I have been best friends since we were 10 years old. So many people are grieving Bill’s passing, but none more than his wonderful mother, Linda. Bill was Linda’s only child, and she loved him so, so much.

<div>While she navigates this unimaginable loss, I’m reaching out to Bill’s large network of friends and loved ones to ask for any donations that can help Linda cover the costs of the memorial, and any other expenses she is incurring during this incredibly difficult time. <div>Hi. My name is Lindsay and I am raising money for an incredible friend, colleague and the most amazing Family. They lost their son Bronn early April 9th morning at just shy of 6 months old. He is the sweetest boy and was the perfect completion of their family of 5. As you cannot even to begin to fathom this unimaginable loss, this too will come with a lot of unforeseen costs and the difficult task of planning a funeral. Larissa, Owein, Odin, Isla and now late Bronn are the most incredible family. Please if you can donate to this wonderful family. In these most challenging of times, we're setting up this campaign to help Jordan and Aimee's family navigate the financial burden that inevitably comes with saying goodbye.

Support for Aimee: Overcoming the Unimaginable

Many of us share the love of the wind in our face, two wheels on the open road, and the motorcycle family that comes with it. Kyle was no different and was an important part of so many of our hearts.<br /><br />Those that had the honor of knowing Kyle know he had an infectious smile, a heart of pure gold, endless positivity, and some great coveralls. <br /><br />On May 16, 2021 our beloved friend unknowingly saddled up on his pride and joy for his final ride. <br /><br />As many of us know these tragedies come with many unforeseen expenses and time away from our daily work lives. A little means a lot in times of hardship. Calgary Black Empowerment Fund

Norm was a father, a son, a grandfather, a brother, a husband, and a friend. He was also a very strong person that was battling debilitating addiction to prescription medication and battled extreme depression and anxiety. He lost his battle December 30th and committed suicide to end this battle. We appreciate any help that you may be able to give to help offset the costs for his cremation and medical expenses...<br /><br />Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!

Meet Ghost<br /><br />Ghost is fighting for his life right now.<br /><br /><img src="https://2dbdd5116ffa30a49aa8-c03f075f8191fb4e60e74b907071aee8.ssl.cf1.rackcdn.com/5028703_1435011107.4206_funddescription.jpg" alt="5028703_1435011107.4206_funddescription." /><br />Ghost was a resident in our yard when we moved into our house 3 years ago. He is very friendly and was always eager for our attention and any food we had to offer. <br /><br />On Saturday we found Ghost sitting on our porch, soaking wet and with a fresh 6" long gash down the side of his body. We rushed him to the vet without a second thought.<br /><br />After the vet checked him she mentioned that she couldn't listen to his heart over his loud purring. He seemed overjoyed that someone was touching him. The vet was glad we brought him in because the wound would have become septic. <br /><br />What we didn't realize is that Ghost had been chronically starving. He is nothing but skin and bones. This along with severe dehydration, a heart condition, unbalanced electrolights, fluid in the lungs and critical potassium levels is leaving Ghost struggling after his surgery. The vet is doing everything they can to help him.<br /><br />We have taken on the mounting vet bills. They are WAY beyond what we can afford. But the other option would be that the SPCA would have put him down. We are asking for help in ANY way you can. Even food, litter, bedding or other supplies.<br /><br />We hope that Ghost can come home and our wish for him is to get fat, fluffy and healthy like he deserves.<br /><br />Thank you for listening to our story.

Please Help Save Ghost

<p>When it comes to asking for donations, most of us head for the hills. We get it. It’s intimidating to ask other people to part with their hard earned cash. The baby formally known as Paisley was delivered via emergency c-section and left a dent in our pockets. Only catch up felt more like living check to check with barely enough to scrape by. The most important things were taken care of first, but it stil left an empty feeling in our pockets. On top of our normal expenses, we now had childcare to consider. The extra money that we normally had, now went to pay our awesome Nanny Jazmin, who by the way, is really not expensive at all. We wish that we could pay her more, she is more than deserving as she exceeds all of our expectations when it comes to a loving nanny for Carter. Car notes are now being paid a month late, phones were cut off and some weeks we are barely scraping up money to feed us. Thank goodness for breastfeeding and diaper raffles...at least there is one thing for Carter that we don't need to spend money on...as of yet. But, he is growing quite fast and those 0-3 month onsies definitely no longer fit LOL<br /><img src="http://fe391d5e875395beaa5c-4d0fcf8d315d40f305ee2ebb6c32f79c.r96.cf1.rackcdn.com/2029627_desc_1409036387.6647.jpg" alt="" width="100%" media_url="http://fe391d5e875395beaa5c-4d0fcf8d315d40f305ee2ebb6c32f79c.r96.cf1.rackcdn.com/2029627_desc_1409036387.6647.jpg" media_type="2" /><br />So we say all of this to bring us to this. We are broke. And on August 14th, we were served with a letter to vacate the property in which we have lived since March of 2012. <strong>The owner  gave us 45 days notice. He is selling the property, and we have to be out on Sept 24. </strong>There aren't enough words to describe the terrible amount of stress and anxiety that has be placed on us. We have both been searching for better paying jobs, Nichole has even considered finding a job to work graveyard so that we aren't spending so much in child care. To bring in extra money, Nichole has been selling clothing out of her closet. We are trying to leave our problems in the hands of the Lord, but we'd be lying if we said that we weren't worried.</p>
<p>At this moment in time, we are sad to say that we have not had the time nor resources to save the money that it would cost to pay the first months rent and deposit. Nichole's only thoughts are that we are going to be living out of our cars with a 6 month old. We are asking each of our family members and friends for a small donation. All monies donated will go towards covering moving expenses. This includes rental deposit, moving truck, boxes and cleaning. At this point, anything will help. And we are completely gracious and no donation is too small. With each donation, we hope to send you a small token of our appreciation. </p>
