<div>October 16th is my 30th birthday and I’d like to ask you for a favor.

<div>Most of you know me as an energetic goalgetter, dreamchaser and world traveler. The past few years I’ve been struggling with my physical health. I was diagnosed with a thoracic disk herniation but also suffer from other underlying pains resulting in a somewhat drastic change of course of my life.

<div>The traditional path (physical and regular therapy) has helped some but the residual symptoms are still so severe I am unable to live a regular life without great assistance from my parents.
</div>
<div>Although I would love to perform again I have made peace with the possibility it might no longer be in the cards for me, at least not on a fulltime professional basis.

<div>However. A while ago I met Tom van Huijstee, a breathworker. We’ve been working together doing breathing therapy sessions which has proved helpful. He’s doing an intensive in Andalusia end of October and for my 30th birthday I would really like to go.

<div>This is an alternative route that heals pain from the inside out and one of my last resorts.
</div>
