<div>Hi everyone! As some of you may know, my sister Steph and brother-in-law Matt recently welcomed their first baby, beautiful little Theo. Theo was born at 34 weeks due to a couple of different complications. He will be undergoing a heart procedure in the coming days, which unfortunately means lots of time spent in the hospital for both baby and parents.

<div>What this means is that Steph and Matt will both be taking time off of work to be with Theo and tend to all sorts of things they never could have anticipated. Matt, unfortunately, will not be receiving paid time off, and the financial stress will (and already has) pile up quickly. We would love for Steph and Matt to be able to spend as much time as possible focusing on Theo, his medical care, and his recovery without carrying the full burden of the financial issues that have arisen because of the situation.

As many of you know Jeanne Parent (loving mother to Danielle, Nicole and Tim) has been courageously battling Alzheimer’s for quite some time. Danielle is one of my best friends and was a huge support to me when my mother was battling cancer.  Danielle, Tim and Nicole need our help now.  Jeannes’s health is declining rapidly .  Her punchy comments, smile and laugh are missed by so many of us. Danielle , Nicole and Tim are now by her side knowing her time here is coming to an end. Please help surround them with love and support as they prepare to say goodbye. The financial burdens will be adding up in the coming days.  Her children can not meet these financial costs on their own. Please consider making a donation to help lessens these burdens and allow Jeanne to have the tribute she so deserves.  No amount is too small. During these chaotic and difficult times it is very difficult for them to reach out for help. Whether you are a parent, spouse, or sibling you will be moved by Ben's circumstances.  Situations like this just shouldn't happen to good people.  <br /><br /> Ben Goodhue is a teacher and coach at Beverly High School (Beverly, Massachusetts).    Ben returned to Massachusetts after graduating Union College where he excelled at football.  He has dedicated himself to improving his community and providing a positive impact on everyone that he interacts with.   Recently, Ben was diagnosed with a <strong>rare type of brain cancer</strong> called glioblastoma (grade 4).   On January 5, 2017 Ben had brain surgery to remove the tumor and due to the aggressive nature of this disease he will start chemotherapy and radiation immediately.   <br /><br />Ben’s lovely wife Sarah, is also a teacher and they are <strong>expecting their first child </strong>this July.   As you can imagine, medical expenses are piling up which is especially challenging on teachers’ salaries with a child on the way.    <br />Those of us that know Ben know he is a fighter and he will fight this disease like no other.  Please take the time to support Ben and his family - both with a donation and a prayer.  <br /><br /> All donations will be used towards medical expenses (every dollar counts). <br /><br />Thank you for your consideration and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions.
