<div>Life in Gaza has made it impossible to find meaningful work as a software engineer, and opportunities to build a stable future are almost nonexistent. During the war, I spent long nights learning English and improving my skills so I could prepare for immigration. Now, I am focused entirely on preparing to leave, but I have no foundation to start with once I travel.

<div>I am waiting for the Rafah crossing to open so I can begin my immigration process. Every day brings uncertainty, and the financial cost of relocating is overwhelming.
