<div>Carter Rodger passed away Monday November 24, 2025 at the young age of 12. Carter is our true super hero. CT Medical Examiners office denied an autopsy at the request of his cardiologist at Boston Childrens Hospital claiming natural causes was the reasoning for CT denying the request. The doctor from Boston has now made this happen with paying out of his own pocket for Carter to be brought to Boston for an autopsy. The family however now has the out of pocket cost to have Carter cremated and brought back home to his family. Let’s help gather and help this family during this difficult time. This is a tremendous loss to the family. We are asking for a monetary donation to help make this happen. We understand it’s the holidays and if you can’t support monetarily just by sharing this post you are helping. The family would like to say Thank You to everyone who has reached out to them during this difficult time. <div>Our beloved Robert Thorne (Bob) recently passed away on 8/10/23 after a long and devastating battle with cancer. This has been such a great loss and we are beyond broken-hearted. Everyone who knew him knows he was such a great hard working man. He was the best father, the best grandfather, the best brother, the best uncle and an amazing friend. One of a kind, will never, ever, ever be forgotten. His name will live on forever.

<div>At this time we are asking for some assistance to lay him to rest, to bring him home the way he deserves. Any help at this time would be greatly appreciated. He has worked so hard his whole life and always helped everyone he can and now we need help with funeral costs for him. We all lost a great man and need to show up for him as he's always shown up for us!!!

<div>As most of you know my Grandmother, Carol,  was in an awful car accident down in GA. She drove her car down and it is now totaled. She suffered a broken sternum, hematoma on her kidney, and multiple bruises and cuts.  She will need to be carefully and slowly driven back to CT, which will include many stops along the way. It will be a long journey and we need to rent a comfortable car for her.  Her daughters, Darlene and Joanie, will be driving her from GA to CT. Any money raised will go to the rental and travel expenses to get Carol safely home to CT.

<div>Bonnie and Ross suffered a tragic loss of their home on June 7th. Thankfully, Bonnie, Ross, Hunter, and their cats Gizmo and Spook made it out of the house safely, but with only the clothes they were wearing. The fire destroyed everything they owned in the house.
