<div>Ishani didn’t get the start in life she deserved. She grew up without the stability or love most of us take for granted, no consistent home. But she never let life harden her.

<div>She remained soft. Gentle. Pure-hearted.

<div>She treats everyone, human or animal, with sincere, personal love. My pug, Princess Leia, waits at the door after she leaves, not because the house is empty, but because Ishani isn’t there. That’s the kind of presence she has. Irreplaceable. Radiating warmth that touches everyone she meets.

<div>She changed me. She taught me how to love more deeply, to be patient, present, and better in every way.

<div><strong>What Happened</strong>



</div>

<div>A few weeks ago, Ishani’s health began declining rapidly. She was constantly weak, short of breath, nauseous, and unable to eat. Multiple hospital visits led to devastating news:



</div>

<li><strong>Complete kidney failure in both kidneys</strong>



</li>



<li><strong>End-stage kidney disease (Stage 5)</strong> — confirmed by ultrasound and high creatinine levels (16.87 mg/dL)



</li>



<li><strong>Severely low GFR (2.77 mL/min)</strong>



</li>



<li><strong>Severe anemia and inflammation</strong> due to renal impairment



</li>



<li><strong>Heart complications</strong> including reduced LVEF (45–50%), mitral regurgitation, pulmonary hypertension, and elevated NT-proBNP levels (&gt;84,000 pg/mL)



</li>



<li><strong>Emergency dialysis</strong> was started immediately 



</li>

<div>She was admitted and began dialysis to stabilize her condition. She’s now back home, but the fight continues. She still needs:
