- Hi my name is Bob I am 56 yrs old and currently live in Morayfield Qld. I have to use a Bartica powerchair to get around. I Can't use maxi taxis or buses because the Bartica powerchair is too large, so I just stay in my area. I'm trying to raise enough funds to get a disability van to have a better life where I can go out exploring QLD. The NDIS will not provide the vehicle but are generous enough to help with doing the upgrades to make it safe for me. Unfortunately, I have not seen my family for a very long time, as they live in Bundaberg Qld. I have a great team of support workers who go out with me and can drive the vehicle, I love going out on adventures, waving to people and starting conversations. I have a great sense of humor and always make people laugh. My life of late hasn't been a fun one due to limitations on where I can travel, and I hope to explore other areas. Even $1 would go a long way in giving me a better quality of life. Thank you and God bless.
Need hep to raise money for a disabilty van, NDIS will not provide this. Can;t used public transport due the chair is to large. Also I would love to go to Bundaberg to suprise my family
