<li>My name is Patton Courice Bruce. I'm 34 years old and I am seeking help because I need a kidney transplant surgery. As of May 2024, I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. I have not been able to work or take care of any of my financial responsibilities since my diagnosis. I'm going to have to tiktok a kidney transplant surgery. I was told by the transplant team to reach out and ask for assistance to help with the financial responsibilities of having this operation. Anything you are able to give will be appreciated. At this time, I'm having to take dialysis treatment 4 to 5 times a week so I can live. Every phase of this illness has really impacted my life. Since the day doctors told me my diagnosis, and having to be admitted to the MICU floor in the hospital for 5 days not knowing if I was going to live or die, all I could focus on was the words the doctors stated to me and my family... if I hadn't come to the hospital when I did, I would have been dead in 1 month. So I know you can imagine how I felt hearing these words. All kinds of emotions were coming out. I was scared, I was angry, I was confused, I was depressed, and I wanted to just give up. All I can say is my life changed, and the things I was accustomed to doing, like going to work and providing for my family and having energy and being active and eating what I desired to eat, it all changed in a flash and there was nothing I could do to change this situation. But after my family stood by my bedside for hours praying to God to give me more time and ask God to extend my life, then and there my hope and strength started encouraging my spirit, because I know prayer is very powerful and it can change any situation. So my prayer is today, that God will touch your heart and spirit to support me in this life-changing experience by donating to this cause.

</ul> Currently, I would like to state, I am receiving short-term disability in the amount of $675.43 every two weeks from my employer. I have a specific diet that requires me to prepare my meals separately from my family. In addition to my medical expenses, I also have a monthly mortgage payment to Loancare Financial, as well as monthly utility bills ranging from $375 to $400 for electricity and $300.00 for water. I have to travel to dialysis five days a week, which requires me to spend up to $150.00 a week for gas and transportation expenses. My parents are helping me with some of my monthly expenses. I'm kindly asking for assistance as my current circumstances are quite challenging.
