<div>Suzanne is een jonge vrouw(38 jr) die altijd positief in het leven staat. Ondanks de vele ziekenhuis bezoeken, operaties en tegenslagen blijft ze lachen.

<div>Op jonge leeftijd is er bij haar EDS vastgesteld. De afkorting EDS staat voor het Ehlers-Danlos syndroom en het is een aangeboren erfelijke bindweefselaandoening.

<div>Hierdoor is het steeds harder nodig om aanpassingen te realiseren bij hun in huis, helaas wil de gemeente daarbij niet ondersteunen. Alle kosten om het huis toegankelijk te houden moeten zij zelf bekostigen, en deze kosten zijn niet misselijk. Ruim 5 jaar is zij in “gevecht” geweest met de gemeente, deze blijven erbij niet te willen bijdragen.

<div>Suzanne heeft voordat zij te ziek werd om nog te kunnen werken altijd een baan gehad en daardoor een uitkering. Haar man heeft een fulltime baan, maar helaas is dit alles niet toereikend genoeg voor alle kosten die ze nu zelf moeten bekostigen.

<div>Door alle pijn is Suzanne bijna 24/7 aan bed gekluisterd. Daarnaast heeft ze ook de zorg voor haar 9 jarige zoon die extra zorg nodig heeft door zijn autisme.

<div>Haar lichaam gaat hard achteruit en de aanpassingen zijn dan ook hard nodig. Zonder de aanpassingen zou het betekenen dat Suzanne in de toekomst haar bed niet meer uit kan en zelfs

<div>En dit zijn nu juist die momenten die ook voor het gezin zó fijn zijn, ze wonen in een bosrijke omgeving en even met de handbike naar buiten is heel waardevol.

<div>Een jonge vrouw met een mooi gezin, die door de gemeente niet word gehoord. Dat kunnen we als samenleving toch niet laten gebeuren! Daarom deze crowdfunding... iedereen verdiend de hulpmiddelen die hij/zij nodig heeft!
