<div>On <strong>5th January 2025</strong>, our world changed in an instant. Gilly suffered a sudden seizure without warning and collapsed into her dad's arms. <div>Determined to fight, Gilly underwent <strong>rapid brain surgery on 16th January</strong>, where an incredible UK National Health Service (NHS) team managed achieve a <strong>near-total resection the brain tumour</strong>. Now, as she progresses with <strong>NHS standard radiotherapy and chemotherapy</strong>, we are focused on giving her the best possible chance at survival.

<div>Cancerous brain tumours are relentless, and while standard treatments help, they are not enough. Gilly needs <strong>Targeted Therapies or Immunotherapy</strong>, which are groundbreaking treatments that have shown <strong>promising results in extending and improving quality of life</strong>.

<div>However, this treatment is <strong>not available on the NHS</strong> and comes with an <strong>overwhelming price tag of £250,000</strong>. Without it, Gilly’s chances are drastically reduced - but with it, she has a real <strong>fighting chance to kick cancer</strong>.
