<div>This is our baby boy <strong>Franklin Canelo Blair</strong>. He just turned 1 year old this past December on the 26th. Franklin was diagnosed with a grade-3 heart murmur at just 6 weeks old. A year later, we have recently learned Franklin’s heart murmur has significantly progressed to a grade-5 or 6.

<div>Franklin is in need of a <strong>Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) surgery</strong>; this will eliminate the heart murmur and give him a normal life expectancy. <strong>Without this surgery, Franklin could die from congestive heart failure before he is 2 years old.</strong>
