An iconic shop that was loved by many, it was home to several artisans that lost all their tools, supplies and inventory. Besides my own collection of treasure and junk I have let some of my close friends  share this space and make, and or sell  their wares. All of their tools, supplies and inventory were wiped out by the fire. There are 4 individuals to whom I will distribute the donations .  Each will receive an equal  share by check from me. Their names are Justin Frey, Artist;  Brian Kozin, Jeweler;  Francisco Marmolejo, Brass and Reed Instrument Repair, and Claes Almroth, whose vinyl collection was consumed.

Sadly the building where the bookstore is housed has suffered some structural damage and the city has closed the store until it is dealt with. Every day that Néna Rawdah is unable to open and sell books is a day the overall life of the store is in jeopardy.
