<div>Sadly, last Friday, our sweet five year old Bo was in a near drowning event in Destin, Florida. With God‘s healing hands, her mother (the strongest woman I know) was able to provide CPR to resuscitate and save Bo. However, Bo developed acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) following the incident requiring extensive respiratory support.

<div>Her healing journey thus far has included multiple ambulance transfers, emergency room stays, helicopter transfers (with a wonderful flight team) and currently PICU here in New Orleans, Louisiana.

<div>Now the tough fight begins for her long road to full recovery. Bo needs her family’s loving care around the clock. Her amazing physicians, nurses and healthcare providers have implemented care using ventilators, specialized tube feedings, respiratory therapy care, x-rays and various IV medication.

<div>Friends and love ones want to help alleviate some of the burden that her health care, both current and future, will require. Bo’s Medical Treatment and Recovery

On Monday, May 18, our beloved son Matthew was involved in a fire accident involving a bonfire. As a result of this accident, Matt has 2nd and 3rd degree burns to his hands, arms and legs as well as facial blistering and burns. His recovery time will be long and difficult. He will be out of work for an unknown time, but his financial responsibilities and medical needs will be ongoing.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Those who know Matt know him to be a friendly, generous and loving man who would not hesitate to help others when the need arises. At this moment, Matt is the one in need. Matt is the loving father of two daughters, Cailynn and Meadow.<br /><br />  <br /><br />We are all devastated by the situation we find Matt and ourselves in. Aside from the heart-wrenching suffering and rehabilitation Matt must experience, he will be unable to continue to make a living for himself and his girls for the foreseeable future.<br /><br /> <br /><br />If you feel led to assist Matthew during this difficult time, it would be greatly appreciated.<br /><br /> <br /><br />We cling to Jeremiah 29:11<br /><br /> <br /><br />For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord.
