My sister lost her life due to <strong>medical negligence</strong> while being incarcerated at the St. Louis City Justice Center. <strong>Her crys for help were ignored for days! No one cared! No one listened! </strong>Her last phone conversation with our aunt occured moments before her death. She was voicing then that she had chest pain.

<div><strong>Mental health shouldn't have been a death sentence</strong>. She didn't deserve this, no one deserves this. <strong>The St. Louis City Justice Center repeatedly refused the help she needed. Dametria deserves justice.</strong>

<div>Dametria didn't have any life insurance, so with heavy hearts, we're asking for <strong>help to cover</strong>:

<li><strong>Headstone cost</strong> ($3,000 estimated), Thank you for helping my wish (to be able to lay her to rest with our mother) to come true. Now that the funeral is over the real work has just begun on getting Meechie the justice she deserves.

<li><strong>Legal fees</strong>, so that we can get <strong>justice for Dametria McDile </strong>my sister, a family member, a mother, a friend, a human being.

<li><strong>Support </strong>will also help to provide, grief counseling ( is in progress for me and her oldest son currently, with hopes of getting her other children counseling in the future (many are too young to understand and process currently)), care, and stability <strong>for me and my sister’s six children</strong> while we grieve and heal together.
