Cape Cod kiting ban legal fees

Donation protected
We have reched our current goal.  Thank you for your support.  We will reopen this if our legal costs mount.

The Cape Cod National Seashore administered by the National Park Service has banned Kiteboarding. Now the Fish and Wildlife Service has pushed us out of Monomoy. Now is the time to take action. The first step is to sue the National Park Service arguing that the ban is capricious and arbitrary. There will be legal fees associated with filing, and for this we are reaching out to the kiteboarding community. Many of you have expressed a desire to help, this is a good way to do it. We also have plans to sue over Monomoy, but we are holding off since our understanding is that Chatham is contesting the latest ruling. We are waiting to see how this litigation pans out. Your contribution supports the lawsuit against the Cape Cod National Seashore and the National Park Service. A positive outcome would help with any action needed in the case of Monomoy and could prevent further kiteboarding bans on Cape Cod and in other areas across the U.S
