FORD FAMILY TRANSITION FUND
On 13 November 2015, while exiting the Sunoco gas station. (1221 Oglethorbe Hwy, Hinesville,GA.) My wallet fell from my pocket onto the ground. The contents were: Bank Cards, Credit card, and $1200.00 in cash. There is camera footage of the suspect that captured my wallet only to place it into her vehicle. A second person (male) exited the vehicle (Nissan Murano) to accompany the first suspect into the store. The monies inside my wallet were of my last check from the United States Army. I am most devastated at this time! I have four kids, and one on the way. I have alot of plans for my family during my transition back to civilian life. One of which is to move them into a home, in which they greatly deserve. The holidays are coming, and they greatly depend upon me always. I am also in the process of either moving my mother whom is handicapped in with my family, or move closer to her. This will also assist in my caring for my nephew (who calls me dad) who resides with her. My prayers and hopes are to not disappoint them or my wife. This has greatly impacted my family as I was in need of assistance before the loss. I am now limited as to what I am able to do, as a result of injuries acquired during my enlistment into the, United States Army. This has also narrowed my job search, until I am retrained. I want to be Superman for my family and country always, but I realize that even Superman is Clark Kent sometimes. My hopes here today is that someone will understand that I have done as much as I could possibly for my country. My family now needs a hand as they have sacrificed deployment after deployment. I just don't want my family to be disappointed in me.
