Bo Ki Oh wrongful death

Donation protected
Hello. My brother, Bok Ki Oh, age 47, retired in November 2014 with 29 years of service in the U.S. Navy. I received a call from my older sister telling me that my brother committed suicide July 26.
On July 21, I received my last call from him and he sounded worried, saying that he felt sick and he was poisoned, and he TOLD me his wife poisoned him. I was working so I handed the phone to my mother and we were both so shocked and scared. He hasn't contacted me since and he was supposed to come home to America, he told his mom he was coming home. I asked when he was coming and he insisted very soon.
He always called me everyday sometimes twice, because I take care of our mom for many years. I have contacted many places about getting help, but the South Korean police think it was a suicide, but I know he did not. I've tried to call the embassy but nothing happened. I have tried many places in South Korea, newspapers and business to try to get me help.
He visited in February and his wife has went through all of my closets and violated my work and home, possibly trying to steal money or valuables. She was always asking him for money and he would give her his whole paycheck every month and she would still be asking for more. She has been planning this for a long time. She has asked for money from my younger sister to put a down payment on a house and then asked again for more money. She never had a job and was using all of my brothers money. My sister-in-law tried to get funeral money from my younger sister multiple times but there hasn't been a funeral. I had to stop his pension two months after his passing, because she didn't. I've had to try to take control of his money and try to understand.
In June, my brother told me that he didn't like the church he was going to and he was under the impression that she liked the guitar player or drum player. I think her boyfriend is a part of the church.
Before he was murdered, his wife bought a lot of life insurance from the USA, and bought more life insurance policies in Korea in April 2015. His oldest daughter resides in LA and I want to find her to make sure she knows that he passed away. She lived with them for a while, but she needs to know. He bought insurance and the money should go to his daughter.

I started this gofundme account to raise money so I can afford a lawyer to investigate his death.
