Trying to keep both CZR & VIA healthy

I know one day I will have to accept I have to say goodbye to Czr but I am just not ready to accept that time is now. We've been hit with a series of events & I just can't keep up with the costs. It started on about August 5th when Czr had started getting diarrhea. He's a super sensitive pup, so it's not uncommon for him to get the runs for a couple days, so I fasted him to see if it was something that would clear up on its own, or if there was the possibility of him catching giardia again (he gets it 1-3x a year since he's susceptible after catching it as a puppy & there's a river nearby & too many people that don't clean up after their pets downtown). By that Friday he was refusing to even drink water anymore so I rushed him into an emergency clinic. There he was given metronidazole to treat giardia and Cerenia to calm his tummy. Within 10 hours & lasting around another 10, Czr experienced quite extreme grand mal seizures. His stomach was already much better from treating the giardia) but I still followed up with a blood and urine test with his regular vet on the Monday. At that point, his creatinine levels were elevated to 224 & I was advised to rush him into emergency as he was basically toxic. We spent 6 days in emergency, keeping him on fluids & antibiotics but by the end I had spent thousands & his CREA level was now up to 315. I was watching him deteriorate in front of my eyes & no one really understood why. To have his creatinine levels that high is indicative of the loss of more than 75% of his kidney function. All they can say is that he suffered some sort of a toxic insult to his kidney which was causing acute kidney failure: I am happy to report that within the last week at home I do have that level down to 211 (it needs to get under 159 - but I have faith we can do it), but he has elevated globulins which could be from a variety of issues, but my main concern is a mass we found in his chest that could indicate cancer.

This summer has been a whirlwind for us: first I was in the car accident which gave me ANOTHER concussion & put much of my life on hold so I could deal with that recovery, then we had a serious medical emergency with Via where we found out she has 7 herniations in her spine. Thankfully I have been able to get her back to walking on her own without support through physiotherapy & massage but she remains at risk for $6-24k worth of emergency surgeries to avoid possible paralysis & what I had saved for that has gone towards Czr's emergency. He still requires $200-600/week in follow up bloodwork & fluids, and Via still requires cold laser & acupuncture treatments. The last thing I want to do is ask for help again, but I know delaying treatment towards a possible cancer could be absolutely devastating & there's no way I can come up with the money fast enough to manage it all without risking the progress of both of them. I hope everyone knows how much work I put into their recovery myself... I am unfortunately maxed out everywhere & trying like hell to find a new job that I can work while dealing with post concussive syndrome but I feel backed against a wall & this is the only glimmer of hope I can see.

Our next steps include aspirating the mass under an x-ray & further imaging to try to narrow down what it may be. We attempted a fasted ionized calcium test to check for a specific type of tumor but it was negative. I know Czr can fight this... he's shown over this past week he's not ready to go. So if you can help me at all, I will be eternally grateful.
