Tri Nguyen v. Cancer - A WIP

I’m trying to raise money to help my pay for my medical expenses. This includes my deductible which has reset with the New Year, as well as all the co-pays associated with my treatment.
March 2015, I was diagnosed with Stage 3C Germ Cell Cancer and have been receiving treatment since. I'm still in year one of my struggle.
My understanding is that Germ Cell Cancer is when reproductive germ cells form themselves into a tumor. These types of tumors usually forms in the testicles, where it would be called Testicular Cancer. And can more easily be treated. However in my case the germ cell tumors formed center of my Chest, and so I have Mediastinal Germ Cell Tumors. Unfortunately getting rid of these tumors are a bit trickier. There are multiple tumors all over the place. My doctors have had to use multiple different regimens to combat them.
The past few months have been tough, but I’ve been roughing it out. Response to treatment has been good. I’ve kept to myself and taken whatever they’ve thrown at me thus far. I’ve driven and sat hours in the hospital by myself. Gone through whatever procedures, gotten any surgeries I’ve had to. It has been taxing both physically and mentally.
The side effects, the delays, the lost time, they all add up.
I really didn't want people to have to see me or deal with me often. However, this problem is bigger than just me. This isn’t my family’s first encounter with cancer. My father had Liver Cancer and despite years of treatment passed in 2013. My brothers put their lives on pause and took care of my father then, two years later they’re taking care of me now. The past few years my family has been emotionally and finnancially straining.
Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to work as much as I could before. My brothers have been taking care of my expenses.
Not done yet.
I am currently finishing up my last few rounds of chemo at Orange Coast Memorial before I head over to City of Hope for my Stem Cell Transplant. (This is why I was asking for blood and platelets before, and why I'll be asking for them again when I finally go in this time hopefully)
It’s gonna be pretty heavy. I’ve been told I’m going to be out for at least a couple months and I still have a bit of treatment after that. I don't know when I'll be back in action.
I'm trying to raise enough money so I'll be able to cover my deductible and various co-pays involved in my treatment as well as help pay off past medical expenses.
As many of you who know, I am stubborn. I don’t like asking for help and I like to solve things myself. When I do get help I try to make it an obligation to return the favor, call it pride or ego. But anyways, here I am asking.
It would mean a lot to me if you guys could contribute, and spread the word. It would help both me and my family out greatly.
