Travel AND Relief for Dominica Trip

Hello, my name is Juanita Dessources and I am originally from the island of Dominica – the first island hit by Hurricane Maria. The island sustained mind-boggling devastation and some loss of life. 90% of all houses on the island have been compromised and lost their roofs.
I am desparately seeking your help to travel home to do my part in relief efforts (food, and supplies) and also help my family in the process to get back on their feet! We have lost the roof to my childhood home, but Thank God my 72 yr old mother, my 5 yr old niece and stepdad are alive.
I expect to sleep on the floor but do will not have any problems doing that. Just deparately need to see about the people in my village as well as extended family! I appreciate ANY monetary help you can offer in my efforts to go home to help.
