trapped 9 days, fell n sewyer pipe

while walking home from work, I fell n a uncovered man hole, and fell about 15-20 ft. broke an ankle, over half of the cartilage and tendons are gone and my Achilles heel was completely severed what was left was wrapped around my ankle now I have two plates in many screws in the bottom of my foot where my ankle is I also have had 3 surgeries and may need to have another one so of course you can assume and guess that my medical bills have piled up a lot and I don't have any insurance on top of all of that and was trapped for what I thought was 6 days, but as it turned out was 9 days.
