Trail of Faith 2015

My name is Jessica Smith. My husband, our two beautiful children and I are from West Monroe, Louisiana. A couple of months ago my husband felt a calling to do something radical to remind the people of this nation that Jesus Christ is still Lord, and that He will be returning soon. It seems that within recent times many people in the United States have forgotten this. When my husband told me that he wanted to carry the Christian Flag from northeast Louisiana to Washington, D.C. on horseback I'll admit I was a little fearful, but I was also very thankful that God would chose my family to carry out such a great task to glorify Him. I know in my heart that this is God's will for our family, and that He will protect us and provide for us as long as we obey His calling for our lives. My husband will leave for D.C. on September 28th, 2015. The trip will be about 1200 miles long and take approximately 7-8 weeks to complete. The donations received here will be used to help purchase the necessities for this journey such as food, supplies, shelter, and everything that the two horses will need.
