Tom Watson MP for Deputy Leader of the Labour Party

The Labour Party needs a strong leadership team that can campaign in our communities and fight back against the Tories.

I want to be your Deputy Leader so that we can get on with the job of building a fairer, kinder Britain. I hope you can support me in my campaign.

Please join me and pledge your support. I need your help.

Give £1, or whatever you can afford, to my campaign through West Bromwich East Labour Party*.

All money raised will fund campaign leafets, a website and events.

I see the trolls are out in force - well 2 of them. Good luck Tom, I remember your activism around the Murdoch issues as well as your great communications with party members until the Falkirk debacle (what did happen there ?). Plus I was born in West bromwich and am a Baggies fan so yes I will support yr crowdfunding and hope you are victorious.

Of the candidates suggesting themselves for Deputy Leader of the Labour Party I have seen no reason why I would want to support any of them. It is time to make a statement about your beliefs and the direction you wish the Labour Party to go in.... and then we will see if you are worthy of either support or backing. PS for those suggesting a move back towards the centre ground and Blair-type politics.... go and join the tories.. you are damaging the Labour Party!

I approve of Tom Watson leading the Labour Party, But because I'm in the position of supporting the Labour Party, I don't have any money let alone money to spare. Good luck is all I can offer.

Funding? Good grief it costs next to nothing to send out emails or get your butt of your padded seat and stand in any market place on a soap box and tell everyone why you should be the next Deputy Leader. You don't need expensive glossy brochures or leaflets; there are not so many Party Members in any event. If the Party and its Faithful have learned nothing from 7th May 2015 there's no hope for the Party whatsoever, whomsoever is the Leader or Deputy Leader. The message was heard loud and clear and was rejected. Could it be that the message was wrong?
