Tom Shinness's Medical Fund

Tom Shinness was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in December of 2016. He received his first chemotherapy threatment on Dec.10 and is expecting to have 4 to 6 additional treatments over the course of the next several months with possible radiation therapy. Because of Tom's weakend condition he is unable to work. Tom is a self employed musician who performs on a regular basis to make his living, he has no other income. Currently he is too ill to perform many of the daily activities required of him. He is having weekly doctors visits to monitor his health and is receiving care at home from his daughters. Our goal is to raise enough money to cover Tom's monthly bills (mortgage, electric, water, insurance ect.) and life basics such as food. We are consulting with a professional holistic nutritionist that specializes with cancer patients. These costs are also included in our goal amount. We hope to raise enough money so that Tom can have his basic needs met for 4 to 6 months while he is too ill to support himself. Speaking for myself (his daughter) I would be grateful for any contribution that can help ease my father in his time of need. What is more important to me more than any financial contribution is that everyone keep my father in their positive thoughts and prayers. Through all of this my Dad has maintained an amazingly positive attitude. Even enjoying his week long hospital stay where they were sticking him with needles constantly!!
