Hola chicos, mi nombre es Arianna Urdaneta, escribo esta biografía, en condicion de encargada ya que mi hermana no esta de muy buen ánimo para manejar esta campaña, les presento a mi hermana mayor Yoselis excelente amiga, gran persona, carismática, de buen corazón, siempre dispuesta a ayudar a quien ha necesitado. En el año 2008 participó en el Miss Venezuela como Yosy Meléndez representando el estado Barinas. Esta atravezando por un mal momento, el día 21 de mayo del presente año le fue diagnosticado un Linfoma No Hodgkin Mediastinal Primario de Celulas tipo B de gran tamaño, produciendo desplazamiento de la tráquea, del corazón y comprimiendo gran parte del pulmón izquierdo, actualmente esta comenzando tratamiento de R-Chop el cual debe ser retirado cada 21 días en la farmacia de alto costo del Seguro Social de Venezuela, pero no siempre se consigue el tratamiento completo y ya hemos agotado los recursos disponibles en diagnostico por el gran número de pruebas que han mandado.
Para actualizar un poco sobre como va el tratamiento de Yoselis, ya no presenta tos, la molestia al tragar se ha ido junto con la desviación de la traquea, mejoro su respiración y todo esto gracias a que el tumor prácticamente ha desaparecido. La lesión ocupaba un espacio aproximado de 22x10 cm, en la radiografia de control del día 30/07 el área pulmonar izquierda se ve limpia, esto gracias al primer ciclo del tratamiento, el organismo esta dando la mejor respuesta posible, actualmente nos encontramos en el 2do ciclo.
Durante el tratamiento se tienen que seguir haciendo pruebas para evaluar la evolucion de la Lesión y al finalizar se debe realizar un examen especial llamado PET - CT y posibles Radioterapias, es por eso que necesitamos de tu ayuda para poder seguir cubriendo los gastos que se aproximan y así poder seguir adelante con la sanacion de mi hermana. To summarize a little about how Yoselis treatment is going, she no longer presents a cough, the discomfort when swallowing has gone along with the deviation of the trachea, she improved her breathing and all this thanks to the fact that the tumor has practically disappeared. The lesion occupied an approximate space of 22x10 cm, on the control radiograph of day 30/07 the left pulmonary area is clean, this thanks to the first cycle of treatment, the organism is giving the best possible response, she is currently in the 2nd cycle.
