FDA SUPPLEMENTS APPOVAL

We need your help.  Risingsun and the FDA entered into a Consent Decree agreement. Basically, it stipulates the reposibility of both parties. In the Decree, Risingsun is not prohibited from selling supplements. However, Risingsun must retain an independent label expert to review its labels to make sure no medical claims are made. During this process, Risingsun can not sell nor produce supplements. Once the labels are completed and submitted to the FDA an inspection will follow and Risingsun will then be able to resume operations. This process is unique and essential for the supplement industry. With the agreement the FDA will have to hold other supplement companies to the same standard. Comsumers will know for the first time, that the information on supplement labels will have to list all ingredients. Risingsun has always listed all the ingredients, but now it will be official. This is a giant step in the right direction for the supplement industry. We are a small family owned company and being shut down during this process is expensive, we ask for your help in this history setting standard for supplements.
