To create a 501 (c)(4)

Ever since our first presidential election occurred in 1789 the United States has had an election system called the electoral college. We as the voters  do not pick the candidate for president we pick electors who are (suppose) to pick the candidates for us. The electoral college usually goes along with the popular vote but there has been five instances in our history 1824, 1876, 1888, 2000, and now 2016 where the popular vote has been drowned out by the electoral college. In my and many others opinion, this is not democracy this is elitism. In this 2016 election, they canceled out 250,000 people's votes over the electoral college. This is not about Republican, Democrat, or Independent issue this is about one person one vote. I am going to create a 501 (c)(4) to mobilize people from all over this country to create a Constitutional amendent either through the states or through the federal government to abolish the electoral college. I need around 20,000$ to get the 501(c)(4) to be approved by the IRS as a non-profit organization along with paying some small lawyer fees.
