Figgy (Alex Figueroa) has been a role model, friend, and great father figure to many of us. Figgy's 20 years as a police officer were spent with bravery and respect. Figgy would not ever neglect a fellow officer that needed help or a hand. Let's give back. Help me help them. His quirky ways and not so funny jokes has made him who he is. Figgy is now battling for his life. his recent bout with colon cancer has taken a toll on his health. The chemo and radiation has not helped and his primary care physician has told him to get comfortable. Figgy and his wife have refused to get comfortable and are now exploring methods and drugs that have not been approved but they're willing to chance it, if not to save but prolong Figgy's life. His cancer has been diagnosed due to 9/11 related actions but now Figgy has to get a lawyer and fight City Hall for his monies due. All Figgy is trying to due is get his family matters straightened out if his health should get worse.
