Tiny house for Camp Fire survivors

November 8th started as a normal day for a pregnant Crystal and her two girls(ages 4 and 10 years old). This day quite literally changed their lives as they found themselves in the middle of the deadliest wildfire in Califrnia history, with over 80 death so far.Crystal's entire home was demolished in the Paradise fire. As she looked outside that morning, she smelled smoke but didn't think much of it. A short time later, a call from her brother and a knock from the neighbor, she knew she had to go. She grabbed her two daughters and fled. The fire was directly behind them and on the sides of them as they were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic. Her girls were petrified so she tried to reassure them the best she could. Luckily, they were able to escape safely. Crystal went over 24 hours not being able to get ahold of her parents. They were trapped in Paradise with the fire storm right on them. The whole extended family also lost their homes. Crystal lost more than a home. She lost all possessions she's worked for, she lost memories and keepsakes, she lost family heirlooms, she lost the roof she kept over her children. Her girls lost their sense of security and stability. Crystal did not have renter's insurance and therefore does not have a safety net to fall back on. She is also out of work because the whole town is gone. Crystal is starting the nursing program in the fall and needs to stay in the area. Because of the lack of housing, money is being raised to build the family a tiny house. Please help get this family back in to a home, give the girls a sense of security back and make sure her precious new baby has a warm and comfy home to be brought in to.
