On Saturday, September 24th 2016, Timm Muehlhauser was involved in a serious, life threatening motorcycle accident. He collided head on with a delivery truck. He was rushed to St. Anthony's hospital in St. Louis , and immediately underwent surgery for severe swelling and brain bleeds. He suffered lacerations to his kidneys and liver. The current focus of the medical team is for Timm's body to rest and to reduce the swelling on his brain. The medical team will assess further injuries after some of the swelling has been reduced. Timm is 18 years old and just graduated from Oakville high school in May of 2016. He is the youngest son of Laura and Paul Muehlhauser. He is a younger brother to Joe Muehlhauser and soon to be wife Hannah Whited. He is also a younger brother to the late Brent Muehlhauser. Timm is a grandson, nephew, cousin, boyfriend, and friend who is loved and cherished by many. He has a huge personality that could win any crowd over, and a heart of gold to go along with it. He's the only kid I've ever met, that would decide completely on his own, that any gift he received for his 9th birthday would be donated to the Ronald McDonald house.
The focus for this campaign is to ease the medical/surgical/therapy expenses that Timm's family will accrue on his long journey out of the hospital and back home with his loved ones.
Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. Prayers are greatly appreciated too. Thank you so much for taking the time to read Timm's story.
