Time and Space support group

We are Time and Space, a hearing voices and self-harm support service based in Glasgow, Scotland and we provide support groups, one to one support and person centred counselling.  Our members can pick and choose which parts of the service they want to use so that they are fully in charge of their own journey.
We are the only hearing voices service in Glasgow and we are the only self-harm support service offering weekend groups in Glasgow.

Any donations we receive will enable us to continue to provide the best possible service for our members. 
We currently hold 4 weekly groups, one of which takes place during the weekend, one monthly group for carers and a fortnightly outreach group in a supported accommodation service. 
We will also be able to pay our volunteers travel expenses, supervision and training costs supporting them as they give up their time.
We will also use a portion of the donated funds towards promoting the service, to purchase leaflets and promotional materials that we can take to events. 

We hope to build a sustainable service that works the best it can for those who use it.
